PremiumKing Charles bestowed new royal titles to Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Kate Middleton, Buckingham Palace announced on Wednesday.
After the three have been honoured with new titles, Prince William has become Great Master of the Order of the Bath, Princess of Wales will also be known as Companion of Honour, whereas, Queen Camilla will also be called as the Grand Master of the Order of the British Empire.

The royal title honoured to Kate Middleton is generally bestowed to recognise a person's achievement in arts, medicine, sciences and public service. Queen Camilla's new royal title was earlier owned by the King Charles III's father, Prince Philip, and his grandfather George VI.
About Prince Charles royal title ‘Order of the Bath’
The Most Honourable Order of the Bath was earlier given as a military order by Letters Patent of George I on 18th May 1725. It was honoured when the Dean of Westminster was made Dean of the Order in perpetuity and King Henry VII's Chapel designated as the Chapel of the Order.
About Order of the Companions of Honour
The royal title was established by King George V and is bestowed to people as an appreciation for their contribution in the arts, sciences, medicine, and in public service. the royal title was founded in 1917. She is one of the first members of the Royal to be honoured with this prestigious title. One of the highest royal awards in the UK, is a symbol of companionship and work in the firled of art and medicine.
