Oh no! This is certainly not indicative of the service standards we pride ourselves on, and we are very sad to be receiving our first one start rating as well!
I am hoping to make contact with you regarding your recent experience, I apologize that your card was charged, which was an obvious oversight on our part. I am glad however, that it is now in the process of being corrected.
As mentioned in my email sent to you on 2/18/16, the safety of our guest are always top priority, and although a source of the smell you told us about has not been confirmed or identified, we do have CO2 detectors in every room in the event there is ever an unsafe level in a guest room.
Nonetheless, we take any safety related claim seriously, and are being thorough in our efforts to ensure that no danger exists.
