The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is an annual celebration of global cuisine in Disney World! The dates for the 2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival were July 27th – November 18th. Stay tuned for the 2024 Festival dates and information! Throughout the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, popular bands across all genres from the 80s, 90s, and even the 00s take the stage at the American Gardens Theater in The American Adventure Pavilion in EPCOT to share some of their greatest hits with the crowds!

These concerts are free with EPCOT admission, and take place three times nightly. In 2023, Iconic bands and artists performed Fridays through Mondays, while local bands performed Tuesday through Thursday evenings.
Times are typically: Nightly 5:30PM, 6:45PM and 8PM

IT'S WINE & DINE TIME!
Food & Wine Festival can be a bummer. You stand in line waiting for what looks like the perfect treat, and it's a bust. But fear not, dear friends, we compiled EVERYTHING you need (and the things to avoid!) to plan the ULTIMATE EPCOT Food & Wine Festival experience.
If you're planning a day or a week at the festival, we've got every performance, activity, and tasty nosh detailed out so you can make the most of your time and money. Listen, it's a tough job eating and documenting the nearly 200 bites and sips, but we do it all for YOU!
Eat to the Beat Dining Package
The popular Eat to the Beat Dining Packages returned for 2023. The dining packages entitle guests to lunch or dinner at select EPCOT restaurants, and include same-day reserved seating at the Eat to the Beat Concert that evening.
Please be aware that booking windows for specific dates open 60 days out. When available for 2024, you can make reservations online, through the My Disney Experience app, or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3378.
Eat to the Beat Package Dining Times
Dining Reservation start times must be at least 2.5 hours prior to the Eat to the Beat show time. Guests dining for breakfast or lunch will have choice of concert seating for all three show times, while guests dining for dinner will have a choice of seating for one or two show times (depending upon restaurant dinner meal period start time).  Guests should arrive at the America Gardens theater 15 minutes prior to the concert start time, entering through the designated package entrance.
Eat to the Beat Reserved Seating Area
The same-day reserved seating for the concert is in an uncovered area, located in the second section in the middle of the theater. If guests are in need of accessible seating, it should be noted when making the reservation.
Eat to the Beat Dining Package Details
Feast on fabulous food for lunch or dinner! Choose from several unique eateries at EPCOT offering Eat to the Beat Dining Packages. Each package includes:
- An appetizer, entrée and dessert or one (1) full buffet (where applicable), along with a non-alcoholic beverage
- One (1) guaranteed seat per person to an Eat to the Beat concert held on the same day
To check availability for same-day dining packages, visit Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue during the Festival. Packages are subject to availability and may not be available on peak dates.
The same-day dining packages don’t go on sale until Regal Eagle Smokehouse opens for the day — and most days that is 11:45AM, a couple hours after park open. We recommend heading to Regal Eagle as soon as you can if you want one of these packages. We have seen them sell out early in the afternoon, and cast members have told us that the amount of packages they have to sell can vary by the day, so sometimes they can be quite limited.

Eat to the Beat Dining Packages and the Disney Dining Plan: Historically, guests have been able use the Disney Dining Plan to pay for the packages using 2 table service credits per person for any meal/restaurant. However, based on the Concert Dining Packages for the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, required Table Service credits will likely vary between 1 and 2 depending on the restaurant. We will confirm this information for the Eat to the Beat Dining Packages as soon as we are able. Stay tuned!

How to Book EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Events
We are awaiting details on special events for the 2022 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival.
To book all special events and demonstrations, call 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378) starting on a date TBA. Culinary Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars and general admission for some special events may be bookable online at www.epcotfoodfestival.com as well as by phone.
Early booking for Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members will open on a date TBA.
Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Golden Oak Residents may be eligible for a $2 discount (per person, per event) for beverage and seminars and culinary demos taking place Mon-Thurs during the festival. Discounts are by phone only at 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378).
