Rut definition

Rut means a depression in the soils of the forest floor or depressions in dirt roads or skid trails made from the passage of any vehicles or logging equipment.
Rut means a groove, depression, or track worn into the soil by the passage of equipment or by other means.
Rut has the meaning set forth in the preface above.
