Ferrari Land is the second theme park at PortAventura World in Spain, and features a 112 metre tall rollercoaster and other attractions inspired by Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari.

Spectacular theming includes a recreation of St Mark's Campanile in Venice
Created as the luxury Italian car maker's second foray into the world of theme parks, Ferrari Land opened in April 2017 as a second gate at PortAventura, the established theme park resort about an hour south of Barcelona.
The other Ferrari themed park, Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, is known as home to the world's fastest rollercoaster, Formula Rossa. Keeping the tradition of its sister park, Ferrari Land's main attraction is Red Force, which at 112 metres high and with a top speed of 110 mph is Europe's tallest and fastest rollercoaster.
While the theming around the park is very high quality and Red Force provides a thrilling ride experience, unfortunately there isn't much else to Ferrari Land at the moment. The only other big attractions on offer are twin shot/drop towers, a flying theatre and some racing car simulators.
The park isn't exactly pulling in the crowds either. On a Spanish Public Holiday in December, there were few people in Ferrari Land whilst the main PortAventura park next door was packed. The park is clearly struggling: ticket prices started off around €50 in April. By the end of the first year they are down to €15.
It isn't that it is a bad park: the rides that are there are great and the theming is of very high quality. However, it really needs another big round of investment to up the number of attractions, or it needs to be merged in as an area within the main theme park. As it stands, there's not much to keep visitors entertained for more than a couple of hours.
