Patrol Services

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has a contract with the village of South Vienna to have one deputy assigned to ensure a vigilant presence within the community.

Deputy Zach Stillings

Deputy Stillings attended Urbana High School and upon graduation attended Urbana University where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice in 2016. He completed his Ohio Peace Officer Basic Training at Apollo Career Center in April of 2021. Deputy Stillings was hired with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office in November 2022 and assigned to road patrol. In May 2023, Deputy Stillings was assigned to the Village of South Vienna.

While on patrol, Deputy Stillings enjoys interacting with the community and businesses in the area.

Deputy Stillings enlisted in the Army National Guard in September 2017. Prior to being employed with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Stillings worked for Jackson Center Police Department in Shelby County. Deputy Stillings has completed several trainings such as ARIDE and CIT. 

Deputy Stillings has played sports ever since he was a child and still enjoys shootings some hoops. Deputy Stillings enjoys attending Ohio State football and basketball games. Some hobbies of his are golfing, taking trips, relaxing when time allows, and picking up extra hours at work.
