A square that really should be included in your trip. There’s such lovely buildings, church, plenty of restaurants and a very interesting cake and coffee shop, selling a jelly layered trifle cake, it was delicious. Don’t miss the bugle player who plays every hour from a window at the top of the tower.

Loved this area- lovely buildings, quaint side roads, beautiful gardens to walk and wonderful history with the castle area. We loved the easy, laid back vibe of Krakow. This area was not expensive either. We'd love to come back. Please don't miss the Basilica of Mary for the noon opening of the altar, followed by the trumpeter! It was amazing.

I’m not really one for this kind of activity but it was definitely worthwhile the visit. The inside is breathtaking. The intricate detail of the art is sublime and the high level ceilings are awesome. Many people praying whilst we were there with authenticates the experience.

You don’t need to buy a ticket to view the Castle. It’s just certain rooms/ areas you need to pay to access.

They could make this more clear to people.

If you don’t access an area then you must pay to use the toilet. Which I think is very silly.

However a beautiful place to go and people watch. The views are lovely. And worth an explore to see architecture

Great exhibitions: the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the tour guide. She knew her stuff very well, but talked and moved so quickly we were left feeling rushed and bombarded.

A really beautiful visit which is enthralled in history. I it is a good idea to read up about it before visiting to really understand the context. Would highly recommend having a look round here. Highly worth a visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful cathedral, tickets available on the day for immediate entry, 23zł only and even less for concessions however not all forms of concession proof are accepted. There's so much to see in the cathedral, my favourite was the view from the Sigmund Bell but be warned - there is a lot of places where you could bump your head on the way up!

We were not really bothered by all the shops will their jewellery, galls ware and souvenirs. The interior was stunning. The place is large and has an incredible history. Well worth the time to walk through.

Beautiful during both day and night. Frequently busy as it is a way into the main town. Oddly felt safe, even at night time as there are still plenty of people about.

The Ghetto Heroes Square is without a shadow of a doubt the most powerful and poignant memorial to the plight of the Jewish population of Krakow during the German Army occupation of city.
Located in Podgorze, it was from this square that upto 70.000 people of the Jewish faith were herded into and ultimately deported to various concentration camps from which the majority perished ,the horrors that were committed on this square are unimaginable, if you watch the film Schindlers List you get an insight into the treatment handed out to the poor Jewish population by the occupying army ,the chairs that occupy the square are really poignant and signify the method of selection to the various concentration camps ,if you're in the Podgorze district its a must go destination.

One of the most beautiful streets in Krakow is Ulica Grodzka and along this street are some beautiful churches, one of the most eye catching is Church Of St Peter's And St Paul.
A wonderful looking church constructed in the 1600's in the Renaissance style of architecture that is so pleasing on the eye, the church interior is opulent, so much to take in, exterior is equally as pleasing on the eye, the statue's of the 12 apostles outside the entrance make for a great entrance, its a great church to view if you're planning a holiday to Krakow and easy to locate along Ulica Grodzka.
