Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- KarloniChippenham, UK48 contributionsOne of our favourite beaches in the UK. Great location, car parks pretty close. Toilets and showers close to the beach. Lovely bars and restaurants on the front. We love Weymouth.Written 13 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NorthamptonPhilnorthampton199 contributionsWe visited in early May taking advantage of the combined discount tickets with the gardens, which make a lovely day out when combined with lunch in the middle.
On the way we noticed the yellow AA directions signs saying “Abbottsbury baby swans”
Unfortunately timing is everything and we were maybe a few days ahead of this actually being true. If it’s that crucial to you then probably best to ring and check if the babies have actually been hatched yet.
Regardless of this we totally loved the experience of visiting the swans, so many!
Good information regarding the site and its history and the life of the swans. You really do “walk among them” and they seem to tolerate this very well.
Feeding time was a highlight and lovely to be able to join in. ( Usually for children but great for us big kids visiting during term time)
Quite a unique attraction and certainly we haven’t done anything like this before.
My only problem is this… what do you do with about 150 digital photos of swans!Written 13 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PinkFlamingo299London3 contributionsFrom start to finish, we had the best experience with Jurassic Safari. Carol made our booking easy and communicated clearly with us and even emailed me easy to follow directions to the farm. The entire tour was so a lot of fun and we learned so much about the countryside during our time with Gary. His passion and knowledge is fantastic and helps us city-dwellers understand the importance of preserving our countryside.
His animals are incredibly gentle and we loved looking at the relics found on the land.
It's perfect for all ages (even my teenager was completely engaged and loved the whole tour)
Carol's sheep shortbread was delicious. All in all, this is a wonderful family run business.
Thank you Gary and CarolWritten 13 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great views of Chesil Beach and the sea. Gardens open at 10am. Wandered round and then had lunch in the tea rooms but could easily have stayed longer.Written 29 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chris JShaftesbury, UK4 contributionsWe had a visit and mostly had a great time. We have been before but it seems now they are more interested in getting you to spend more money on stuff inside. The first thing you go through is a photo booth for you to purchase expensive photos. The kids had a great time inside looking at everything. I was just disappointed the amount of things inside that cost extraWritten 6 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Samantha L3 contributionsWe used the ringos with my eight year old daughter. She absolutely loved them they were so much fun! We had our young baby with us and they allowed for me and my husband to swap over so we can all have a go. The team were super friendly and very accommodating! 10/10 service and 10/10 experience recommended if you are interested it is such a fun experience! Wish I had got the name of the instructor who worked with us because he was fabulous!Written 11 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. However it's still worth a visit to see this castle, part of Henry Viii's Kings Device to protect England from French and Spanish invasions. The Tudor inspired gardens are lovely too. The small snack bar did a nice coffee and it was nice to relax outside in such a beautiful area.
