Riz Ahmed to be a part of Wes Anderson's next

Actor Riz Ahmed has been roped in to play a role in director Wes Anderson's upcoming film.

However, his role and the plot of the film is yet to be disclosed by the makers. It is the first time Riz and Wes are teaming up. Wes Anderson's film comes shortly after the director won an Oscar for his short film The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar in Netflix.

It's worth noting that Riz Ahmed too was part of the Oscar-winning film Sound of Metal. Ahmed, along with Michael Cera, Benicio del Toro and Bill Murray will star in Wes' film.

That apart, Riz was recently seen starring opposite Jessie Buckley and Jeremy Allen White in Fingernails, directed by Greek filmmaker Christos Nikou. The actor was also a part of Encounter and Mogul Mowgli. He will next be seen in the thriller Relay, directed by David Mackenzie, along with Lily James and Sam Worthington.
