The royal, 50, cut a sophisticated figure in the white, flowy number which featured sheer, polka-dot adorned trumpet sleeves.
She appeared deep in thought as she chatted to their guests, Mario Abdo Benítez and his wife Silvana López Moreira.
The queen teamed her look with black stilettos, opting for a simple, glamorous make-up look which accentuated her eyes.

President Abdo, 50, appeared in high spirits as he spoke to the king, sporting a navy suit and matching tie.
It is his first state visit to Spain since taking office in August 2018.
