Great place for dinner

A great place for dinner with friends from Georgia, thank you to the staff for the excellent service and attention, everything was delicious, and especially the bread and buckwheat ice cream 😉

Pleasant enough evening

We'd made a prior reservation - it was a Friday night and thought it might be busy. However, the restaurant inside was empty when we arrived and there was not record of our reservation and the upstairs restaurant, where we expected to eat was closed. So, we took a table on the ground floor, a more casual eating spot, quite nicely done out in a cute way. There was only one waiter on duty and he seemed to be working extra hard - the outdoor terrace was busy. However, he was excellent, attentive and chatty, really charming. Our meal was good. The chicken liver pate starter seemed to have a slight curry taste, not expected but it tasted fine, and a generous portion. We both had schnitzels for main that were also tasty and quite large. I finished with a berry tart with a streusel type topping that was okay - could have done with ice cream or cream with it - a bit dry. The final bill was very reasonable for what we'd had. The inside restaurant remained empty except for one other couple who came in whilst we were there but the terrace was almost continually full.

Everything really tasty. Had the chicken stew , the beef fillet, a draft beer and a great dessert. Everything was excellent

Located next to hotel Metropolis. Nice athmospehere, food was so good, service was excellent too. One of the best meals I ever had!

NEVER WORK AT THIS PLACE

They don’t pay money to the staff on the first day, when you work as hard as everybody. Also the salary is so little, that it’s not even legal.

Good food spoiled with horrible service

The food was the only good thing about this restaurant. Their working time was to 23:00 but staff was keen on going home at 21:00. We had a dinner reservation - first thing said that you need to wait for food for an hour and they are unsure if they can serve a dinner. When we still ordered, it took 10 min to deliver. When we wanted to order deserts, they simply said kitchen is now closed - this was half way dinner at around 20:00 pm. People coming from the street were refused both drinks and food - staff said they have no food and no drinks. We saw at least 4 groups of people refused. In addition, the place should be recalled from ‘chicken in the pot’ to ‘chickens ar the bar’. Staff was not paying any attention whatsoever and were busy looking to their phones. Tinder is very important but they should perhaps find another place and time while looking for the boyfriend.

Quick visit with "little" service

We came for a Saturday evening dinner, plenty of empty tables on the 1st floor. We noticed couple of them with reserved sign on. So we looked for a non-reserved one. Once seated, a guy came out and just yelled "that one is reserved, too" and left.. No help on where we could sit, nothing. Just left, leaving us to, most likely, help ourselves finding a non-reserved table.. Or another place to eat. Which we did :) good luck with such an approach.

Delicious food

We ate at a restaurant on the second floor. The environment is cozy. The food is delicious. The most popular were duck, salad with chicken, baked bread and cottage cheese. The staff was kind, asked us if we liked the food. We plan to return in the future.

Place with poor service and deteriorated food quality vs. before

Service is very poor. Food were delivered not to all at once, others were forced to wait for 10 min. to get their dishers. Food quality got worse (we have been there few years ago). Overall - I will not come back.

Were there for the brunch and the food was very average. Benedict eggs were overcooked, omlet was also nothing special. The premises are nice, however, i would hardly recommend it for brunch.

Nice place to eat. Food is nothing special, but it's good. At this time it's a bit annoying to stay oitside because of the construction site at the street.
