Allu Arjun’s ‘Butta Bomma’ surpasses the 450 Million mark: Here is what David Warner has to say

It’s been close to nine months since the release of ‘Butta Bomma’ on YouTube and yet, it is unstoppable. This video song from Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde’s Sankranthi release ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ has achieved yet another milestone on the video-sharing platform by crossing 450 million views. Early, this year, the foot-tapping number emerged as the most viewed Telugu song by surpassing ‘Vachinde’ from Fidaa.

Meanwhile, it’s already evident that Australian cricketer David Warner brought global recognition to ‘Butta Bomma’ by recreating the iconic dance moves of Allu Arjun with his wife Candice and kids. As the clip crossed the 450 million mark on YouTube, the 34-year-old southpaw conveyed his wishes to Allu Arjun by sharing the poster of the song on his Instagram handle with the caption “Well Done”

During the lockdown, Warner recreated popular dance moves and whistle-worthy dialogues from Telugu films on his social media handle. Among all, his recreation of the hook step and the iconic half coat step from Butta Bomma and Ramulo Ramula songs went immensely viral on the internet. On a personal note, Warner became the first player in IPL history to score 500 and more runs in 6 consecutive seasons.

On the work front, Allu Arjun has recently started shooting for ‘Pushpa’ in the thick forest of Maredumilli in Andhra Pradesh. The Sukumar directorial revolves around the smuggling of red sandalwood and the lives of those interwoven with the illegal trade.
