WT is located in Canyon, Texas, on a 342-acre residential campus. Established in 1910, the University has been part of The Texas A&M University System since 1990. WT, a Hispanic Serving Institution since 2016, offers 59 undergraduate degree programs and more than 40 graduate degrees, including two doctoral degrees. The Buffaloes are a member of the NCAA Division II Lone Star Conference and offers 14 men’s and women’s athletics programs.

Buffalo Round Up is an experience-based tour where future WT Buffs get to engage with faculty and staff, learn about academic programs, and experience life on our beautiful campus. The tour includes interactive academic sessions, a behind-the-scenes look at our production studios, a residential hall and the activity center, as well as games, prizes, and refreshments. Take advantage of this unique tour, offered exclusively on Friday mornings! chedule: 9:00 am: Arrive at WT, check-in at Old Main 2nd floor Welcome Center 9:30 am: Tour begins: College of Education JBK Student Center Student Success Center College of Business College of Fine Arts & Humanities College of Nursing & Health Sciences College of Agriculture & Natural Sciences Activity Center Residential Hall Natural Sciences College of Engineering Buffalo Fountain 1:00-5:00pm: Meet with your Admissions Counselor (Optional but recommended)
