Entre la cumbre de la Haya y la de Maastricht (1969-1992): apuestas y desafíos de la integración europea
Resumen
En este ensayo se pasa revista a los principales momentos de la integración europea desde los años 1970 hasta la firma del Tratado de Maastricht. Esta periodización sirve para demostrar que los resultados adquiridos en los años 1990 pueden interpretarse más como punto de llegada de los desafíos surgidos en los 1970 que como programa de cara al nuevo orden internacional que se impuso después del final de la Guerra Fría.
