Zachary Barbati ’10After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, received the Copenhagen Master of Excellence Scholarship Award, enabling him to study at the University of Copenhagen from 2010-12, where he spent two years conducting research and pursuing other academic work.
Yvonne Lamar-Rogers ’06Yvonne runs her own business, Vonnie Made It. Her mixed-media works incorporate collage, printmaking, wet and dry media, photography, clay, and fiber, as well as one-of-a-kind jewelry—wearable art made of recycled paper and semi-precious beads and stones
Ben Chatag ’15Ben draws upon deeply personal life experiences to create his colorful and complex contemporary paintings. “I want to visually convey Tibetan philosophical ideas in works that focus on current social, political, and cultural issues,” he says. “The notions of freedom, interdependence, and compassion are important in a time when many are rejecting our connectedness and focusing on differences.”
Raghib Allie-Brennan ’13After majoring in International Studies during his time at Marymount Manhattan, Raghib is now making a name for himself in local politics. Advocating for the people, he is now the youngest member serving in the Connecticut State House, advancing policies that benefit the second district and all of Connecticut.
Leana Jannetty ’18“After graduating with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship with minors in Accounting, Economics, and Dance, I now work on Merrill Lynch’s Northeast Division Office Management Team. Career Services opened this door to me in the fall of my senior year by helping me earn an internship with the company.”
Christina Daigneault ’97A few years ago, Christina received an Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship, a program that celebrates entrepreneurs who are committed to positive social impact. As one of 20 fellows globally, Daigneault spent nine days at Windsor Castle in England engaged in classes and conversation about social sciences and business innovation.
