Needed to get out of the crazy winter/icy storm. This place did the trick. Plenty of gaming tables and slots to enjoy. Room was amazing. Really hot water from the shower. However, when spouse turned the sink faucet on the shower, it turned ice cold.

Gateway to the Blues is a tiny gem of a specialty museum. I absolutely loved it. Buy a ticket to see the collection because it's worth it. Inside you'll find guitars and other personal instruments belonging to the greats in blues music along with well-written texts about the history of the Delta and of this uniquely American music.

Nice place...very tight slots though. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The entertainment was nice as were the food choices.

My husband and I found this museum to be very interesting. There was plenty of information about the area and its history. We are from Maryland, so there was lots to learn. It was a cold, windy, and rainy day and we were the only ones there for the day. The price is very reasonable.

Check in and out were effortless . Staff were friendly. The rooms were clean but outdated. A simple face lift would do the place wonders. The bed was comfortable, but no fitted sheets . The sheet slid all over the bed. Bathtub is extremely high and there are no safety bars. This is an accident waiting to happen. Refrigerator was a nice size . The room is big with a couch and chair. I would not sit on either . They were both dirty and worn.

4 stars for cleanliness , friendliness of staff and size of the room !!

WEBSITE INCORRECT. No pool. No hot tub. Only available in some suites. Building is under major construction daily. Go cross the street to Hollywood. RV sites only a few dollars more and there IS A POOL AND HOT TUB .

Short visit off a riverboat cruise. An amazing musuem with so many interesting exhibits. Everything is well done and easy to understand. This place is a gem! If you are close by it is well worth a visit.

This casino is not a large ad others but it is clean and the atmosphere is great. Winning is about average and free plays are truly free plays( no money required t o start free plays)

We really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms are real nice a little on the luxury side and the beds were nice and comfortable as well. The only thing we wish they had was a refrigerator in the bedrooms.

The staff was real nice kind and professional the rest of the hotel was nice and when you walked in to the lobby was really nice and luxurious.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool hours. Your average hotel pool closes about 10:00 p.m. but Fitzgerald closes at 8:00 p.m. so if you're like us who had a good six-hour drive to get to this casino and hotel and you're looking at least being able to stay in the hot tub for a few hours to relax but get there around 6:30 you're only going to have like an hour and a half and that's it. That was the only disappointment about the hotel was the pool hours. We stayed there two nights and I talked to several other Hotel guests and they weren't happy with the pool hours either. They don't allow kids there so it's not like they have to close the pool early cuz a bunch of kids are going to be there so it really makes no sense why they close it so early.

The air was fresh and clean. The service at front desk was quick. The only slow down was people not having personal information, ready(id card etc..).The casino gaming flood service was great. We had fun, and win a little 💵. It is a clean nice place to stay and play. They take pride in keeping this Casino clean and fresh.

Attended the Nashville in Concert show on July 29th and had a great time. Sat in the balcony which was great because the seats were padded and had cup holders. The seats in the lower section were just regular chairs. Was very surprised at how well the sound was. This was the first concert I've ever been to that I could clearly understand every word sang and spoken by the performers. Would definitely go back if they ever have another concert that I want to attend.

I don't know if this is normal but I was surprised the carts weren't wiped down after the rain. I had to clean the seat myself. We did get a good price to play but things seem run down. I needed to go to the bathroom and it was locked up at one time and I opened the door and what a mess. Tunica just seems like it is not what it used to be. Kind of like a ghost town.

This year Feb 15-16 2020. The Memphis Kennel Club held their AKC confirmation dog show. The venue was ideal. Plenty of room and sectioned off for the grooming area and show rings. There was concessions upstairs along with other vendors selling breed specific jewelry, Bowsie Wowsie, leather collars & leads, pooper scooper services and a OFA vet Dr. doing eye exams.

My husband and I enjoyed all of the different displays. The history side of the museum is very good, and the portraits of the musicians are amazing. We weren't rushed and took the time to read all of the information and watch the videos. Definitely a great place for an overview of the blues!

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to all our guests needs. The manager was not as such - she was crass and had an attitude when changes needed to be made - she could not comprehend accommodations that needed to be made. The salon itself is very nice and clean, as is the hot and cold tubs, waiting and changing areas.
