I really love this neighborhood. It could change a bit to be more clean, but otherwise its a great place to live.
I love that I am right next to the beach. In the summer I am only a 15 minute walk from Coney Island, which also includes the weekly fireworks. The area itself is rich in culture, and is a unique place to live.
Not the cleanest place on earth. There are a few schools around tge area and you hope you get in your house or very far away before the rush of students going to the train.
