Audience Member A great and important documentary for people to start understanding what radical Islam is doing and its influence on the United States. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member The film The Third Jihad, directed by Wayne Kopping and Erik Werth, narrated by Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser, is a documentary that focuses on the threat that radical Islamists hold to modern civilization as we know it. To me, the movie portrayed Islam in a rather negative light. Even though Jasser made a point to mention how radical Islamists were only a small group of Muslims in general, I still feel that the movie made radical Islamism into a larger issue than it actually may be. The film mentioned and discussed several areas where radical Islamists could harm Western civilization, either through terrorism, nuclear weapons, or even through taking over the current government. The documentary cited the fact that Islam is currently the fastest growing religion in the United States as the reason. Nevertheless, Islam is growing in size, not necessarily Islamism. I believe that, especially since the 9/11 attack, Muslims are more feared in the United States and around the world. Towards the end of the film, a specialist mentioned, "Islamism is like cancer, you either defeat it or it will defeat you". Islamism refers to the belief that Sharia law triumphs all other forms of government. However, once again, numbers of Islamists are not extremely high, so they could not pose a terribly dangerous threat to the entire Western world. Additionally, the documentary constantly called for people to "defeat" Islamists, but the documentary never gave specific ways to do so. Yes, I do agree with the documentary, The Third Jihad, in some aspects, whereas I am not as sure of it in others. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member I have made these observations for a decade and am always met with my friends' saying I am intolerant, racist, etc. Nobody believes me either. The proof though held in this documentary is terrifying and the end of days will come soon...It's not a question of if but of when. Islam will be the end of us all. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH THIS! WAKE UP. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting view and description of the Islamic and extremist Islamic definition and perception of the world and it's inhabitants. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member This is quite a slanted "documentary". The movie is narrated by an American Muslim medical doctor and former naval officer. His credentials are used to try and remove the idea that this couldn't be biased. Are radical Islams potential an issue? Probably. However this movie acts like other religions aren't doing similar things. Watch this if you want to see the pro interventionism side of the story, but don't watch only this. Educate yourself...please. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
