If your in Nassau this is worth a look it’s pretty cheap and good to have a wonder round and only takes around 45 mins with some very history and interesting facts about pirates. We enjoyed it. There is a bar when you leave if you fancy a beer too.

The museum was a perfect way to learn about the history of the islands and escape from the heat. The museum had enough content to learn something new without being overwhelming. The exhibits were enough to keep young kids entertained but may be a bit scary at certain parts. We loved this museum and look forward to returning during our next visit.

The indoor museum was a good place to go on a rainy day. We were a group of adults, so I can't speak to the museum appeal/appropriateness for children. We learned lots of interesting facts. It was mostly reading short paragraphs and some pirate posters. There were large exhibits showing what the inside of a boat etc looked like. Not a whole lot to see. And you just walk through a designated path to view everything on your own.

It was a fun, dry place to hang out during a tropical downpour. Our self-guided walking tour got interrupted by a squall, so we took a taxi over to see some pirate history. This was a fun small museum. It wasn’t the most academic or cultural choice but we enjoyed it. Definitely a fun way to spend 45 min or so.

I had high hopes for this museum since Nassau is so rich in pirate history. There is some interesting things in this museum; however the museum is small and you can get through it within about 45 min. The museum is pretty cheesy, but can be a nice break if it rains or to get you out of the heat

I really enjoyed my time at the Pirate museum. I would have spent more time there but the person I was with got tired and we had to leave. I loved that the museum took me thru a particular period in time. Thought it was fun that it felt like I was stepping on board a pirate ship. The stories were awesome and the price was right. I thought it was a good deal.

Fun and interesting pirate museum. The walk thru pirate ship was informative as well as well put together in the various depictions of ship life. Great info signs with other displays that have easy to digest /retain bit of pirate history . Well worth the entrance price ! Spent under an hour walking through.

The museum was easy to find and the entrance fee was reasonable! The museum had a lot of info and pictures on the white pirates but the sign stated that most pirates were black. We didn’t see any pictures or displays with people of color.

This is a good activity if the weather is terrible or you really love pirates. Looks a little like pirates of the Caribbean ride. You can walk onto the ship. A little more information about life on the ship would be great. At $14 each my thought was a little expensive. It probably takes about 30 mins to go around the attraction.

It was a rainy day in Nassau, so my wife and I decided to pass some time by visiting the Pirate museum. It was actually very interesting to see, hear and read about the history of pirates and piracy. It was quite visual and had some good displays. If you are interested in pirates, then worth a visit. I only rated 3, as I thought it was a little expensive.
