Season 5 has finished airing globally, however, the wiki still does not allow sharing or discussing any leaked materials due to legal reasons.
Most of the events of season 1 have no direct correlation to each other, almost never making references to each other, meaning there is no order needed apart from season premieres and finales. The episodes of seasons 2 and 3 are mostly self-contained, though some episodes have one or more references to other episodes, necessitating a more specific ordering of events. Seasons 4 and 5 occur in a serial style, where almost every episode definitively follows the previous one or follows up earlier episodes in the season, with chronology occurring in order of production codes. This timeline will organize episodes based on in-episode references to events in other episodes, while what appear to be continuity errors will be noted.
About 13 billion years ago: The Big Bang brought the universe into existence, giving birth to kwamis: sentient creatures who embodiment a single concept each. Tikki, the first kwami who embodies the concept of creation, was born shortly after The Big Bang.[1]
With the creation of new concepts over the next several millennia, new kwamis embodying those concept were born.
After that, several other parallel universes were created as well, the kwamis discovered that they live simultaneously in them all gaining the knowledge and memories of all their counterparts from the other universes but due to their long lifespans, many of them don't tell their owners about it unless of great emergency or crisis.
Unknown: A long time ago before the kwamis had their "standard" forms, they had another form where they were humanoid giants.[2]
Unknown: The kwamis continued their journey through the comso until they found their way to earth but unfornately they discovered they couldn't be seen by mortal creatures.
Bunnyx is sent by Timetagger to the Cretaceous Era about 66-145 million years ago, where she fights a T. Rex named Denver, but she returns to the present almost instantly.
After retrieving the Rabbit Miraculous in "Evolution", present-day Bunnyx visited Brazil during the Cretaceous period, where she encountered the Vespersaurus paranaensis, a theropod.[3]
About 65 million years ago:Plagg used Cataclysm for an unknown reason, which resulted with the extinction of the dinosaurs.
Unknown: Sometime after that all the kwamis discovered they have limited control of their Miraculous superpowers, when they try to use them, in addition to the intend use of their Miraculous superpower, disasters related to them happen in some way:
When Tikki uses Lucky Charm, she inadvertently creates several things.[4]
When Plagg uses Cataclysm, mass destruction is spread from where it was used.[5]
When Trixx uses Mirage, he inadvertently creates several illusions.
When Sass uses Second Chance, he inadvertently brings various things and people from various points in time to the time he traveled.
When Kaalki uses Voyage, she inadvertently creates another Voyage portal which teleports something to a random location.
About 5 million to 7 million years ago:[citation needed] The kwamis saw the rise of the humanity and it's first humans but sadly like other creatures they couldn't be see by them either and yet, they silently obseversed humans and over the years yearned to help and live with them.
Human values were introduced to the universe, creating renlings, the personifications of said values.
Sometime in the Late Pliocene through Middle Pleistocene, about700 thousand to 3.5 million years ago: The concept of transmission was introduced to the universe, thus a kwami embodying that concept, Nooroo, was born.
Bunnyx is sent by Timetagger to the Ice Age about 100,000 years ago, but she returns to the present almost instantly.
The renlings discovered that only they can be seen by the person who wears the Prodigious the Renren and no one else can.
That they can transform their holder into animal as long as that person shows the value the renling represents.
Unknown:Jīngrén de used the power of the Prodigious for unknown reasons which has disastrous consequences. Judged to be too powerful to control, the Prodigious was sealed away in the Sacred Cave to be guarded by Mei Shi.
Unknown: Thousands of years ago, the Miraculouses were made along with the Miraculous tools by an unnamed mage in Ancient China. And through the creation of the jewels the kwamis gained their standard forms.
At some point, the guardians learn that when someone passes the position of guardian of a miracle box on to someone else, the previous guardian loses their memories to protect the identities of their chosen Miraculous owners. For it to work, similar to the ownership of a Miraculous, a previous guardian must willingly say that they renounce ownership of the box and the name of person or holder they wish to give it to.
At some point, the guardians discovered the Miraculous potions along with their ability to grant powered-up forms when consumed and how they work.
The ingredients of the Miraculous potions can be contained inside something edible and can be consumed by either a Miraculous holder's kwami before the latter transforms, or by the transformed Miraculous holder themselves.
Unknown: At some point during an unknown crisis, in Ancient China, Piáo Chóng becomes the first Ladybug Miraculous holder. During her tenure as said holder, she activated her aqua powers for an unknown mission and received a kwagatama from Tikki as symbol of friendship between them.
Present-day Bunnyx went to Ancient China, where she met Piáo Chóng, the very first holder of the Ladybug Miraculous.[3]
The power of Wind Dragon makes the user "as elusive as the wind"; becoming a cloud of wind can make the user incorporeal, allowing them to escape from bindings and imprisonments, as well as allowing the user to let attacks pass through them harmlessly, unleash powerful whirlwinds, allowing the user to attack with epic gale force, as well as block and/or divert incoming attacks and be used to corral and entrap a target.
The power of Water Dragon makes the user "as powerful as the flood"; it can be used to drown people and trigger anything that is affected by water, an excellent defense against any enemies that are weakened by water.
The power of Lightning Dragon makes the user "as swift as a bolt of lightning"; it can be used to allow the user to travel from place to place quickly as a lightning bolt, be used as an offense and it is capable of knocking out and disabling vehicles or enemies.
Trixx discovered with Huli his illusions are more focused.
Kaalki discovered with Ma that she doesn't create random voyage portals.
Sass discovered with She that he had better control over his loops through time.
While active with owners the kwamis discovered they must stay close them in case of danger or trouble.
When transformed they can't directly talk with their owners but they do have a level of awareness.
Unknown: The kwamis started to gain meaningful relationships with their owners, creating the tradition of making magical jewels called the kwagatama which are a sign of great friendship between them, presenting their gifts to their holders during a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary.
Unknown: Then after the first Miraculous holders passed away, knowing that their knowledge could be useful to future generations, the guardians adorned many artifacts with their symbols and great magic that allowed said generations to talk to their predecessors by establishing a reunion with their kwagatamas gifted by their kwamis. However, it was discovered that only the current holders and kwamis could see and interact with the past holders they chose as ghostly apparitions and these "spirits" aren't the real past holders, but versions of themselves limited to their memories as Miraculous holders and once summoned, the one who called them must say "end reunion" to finish the magic.[6]
From generation to generation, Miraculous holders discovered that each Miraculous tool will upgrade or adapt to any time or era they are used in.
Unknown: An unknown person used the Ultimate Miraculous Absolute Power to make a wish for unknown reasons, with the results alluded to have not been as expected causing serious consequences. The destruction of the previous universe and the creation of the current universe.[2] In the process Tikki and Plagg by following the command '''Kwami reveal yourself''' assume their original giant humanoid forms and they fuse together together to become Gimmi the Kwami of Reality.
Unknown: All kwamis had a magic spell cast on them that prevents them from saying the names of any Miraculous holder's civilian identity and their guardian to those who don't know it.[7][8][9]
Unknown: The Grimoire was written by the Guardians, featuring illustrations of several previous Chinese Miraculous holders, including Piáo Chóng, Hēi Māo, and several other Chinese Miraculous holders.
Unknown: The Chinese Miracle Box, also called the Mother Box, was created by the Guardians to store the dormant Miraculouses when they weren't needed.
After the Mother Miracle Box was created and the kwamis ended their tenures with their first owners they discovered a whole other miniature world is in the Miracle Box and for the next thousands of years the kwamis collected various items from all around the world and throughout history as not only a reminder of their owners but adventures to keep their inactive siblings entertained.
When the inactive kwamis are housed in the magical world the guardians discovered they have no way to communicate with them.
Unknown: Some time afterwards, the Native American Miracle Box and other Miracle Boxes were made for the same purpose as the first Miracle Box.
Unknown:[note 1] Tikki used her powers to rain chocolate mousse from the sky for eight weeks; to stop it, an unknown person became the Cat Miraculous holder to stop her powers from creating major damage.[10]
About 9000 B.C.E.[note 2]: Plagg used Cataclysm, causing the city of Atlantis to sink, apparently doing so because he ate too much cheese.
Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt, 1550 or 1549 to 1292 B.C.E.:[note 3]Khepri became the Ladybug Miraculous holder known as La Déesse Coccinelle and another person became a holder of an unknown Miraculous.
Inspired by her brother, Jalil, present-day Bunnyx went to the Ancient Egypt, during the time of King Tutankhamun I, where she met Khepri, the holder of the Ladybug Miraculous of that time.[3]
During Khepri's time as La Déesse Coccinelle, she stopped Tutankhamun I from sacrificing an unknown woman to Ra in exchange for the sun god resurrecting the Pharaoh's wife, Nefertiti.[note 4]
Bunnyx was sent to Ancient Egypt by Timetagger and was unable to return to the present due to Cat Noir's accidental use of Cataclysm on her Miraculous, making it malfunction.
At some point, she has it repaired and records a riddle for Ladybug and Cat Noir to solve, freeing her from the statue she was trapped in.
The Rabbit Miraculous, disguised as a pocket watch, is placed in the past and passed down through generations of the Kubdel Family until it reaches her younger civilian self.[11]
Ancient Greece, about 1300 B.C.E.:[note 5]Heracles became a holder of an unknown Miraculous and Hippolyta, an Amazonian queen, became the Ladybug Miraculous holder.
Western Europe, around 800 to 1 B.C.E.:Cernunnos, a human known as an ancient Celtic god, became a holder of an unknown Miraculous.

Bunnyx is sent by Timetagger to Pompeii in the year 79, but returns to the present almost instantly.
China, Northern Wei dynasty, about 420 to 589: a Chinese woman named Hua Mulan became the holder of Dragon Miraculous.
Sometime after the first mechanical clock was invented in 1280-1300, Sass and his owners discovered when he uses Second Chance without his owners the power has another weakness as it makes other mechanical time keeping devices go haywire.
Aztec Empire, about 1300-1521: an unknown Aztec warrior became the Ladybug Miraculous holder known as Micazoyolin.
Medieval France, likely15th century[note 7]: Darkblade ruled the country, until he was overthrown by a wealthy French nobleman.[12]
Europe, late15th century: an unknown knight became the holder of the Cat Miraculous.
England, 15th century: an unknown knight received the Cat Miraculous becoming the holder Dark Grimalkin.
France, 1431: Jeanne d'Arc, a French warrior in the Hundred Years' War, became the Ladybug Miraculous holder, Scarlet Fate, to fight against the English serving Dark Grimalkin. The two Miraculous holders were manipulated by their respective monarchs into fighting each other, even if that meant the suffering of the people, but the compassion she and Dark Grimalkin had for the innocent lives who their ruthless rulers made miserable put an end to their fighting and caused the two superheroes to fall in love. They lived together in secret until they were caught and sentenced to die for treason, with Jeanne being sentenced to die by fire at the stake, but she managed to escape. Then, she and Dark Grimalkin abdicated their Miraculous to live in peace together.
In her time as the Ladybug Miraculous holder, Jeanne d'Arc was on a quest to slay a dragon for unknown reasons and received a kwagatama from Tikki and sometime after her death Jeanne's spirit memory was summoned by at least one of her successors for advice on at least one occasion.[13]
Between the 15th and 21st century, Plagg used Cataclysm for an unknown reason, resulting in the extinction of dragons.[14]
Namibia, 16th century[15]: an OmuHimba girl became the Ladybug Miraculous holder known as Mudekudeku.
Florence, Italy, 1517: While protecting the Rabbit Miraculous, present-day Bunnyx used Burrow to travel back in time to meet Leonardo da Vinci when he was finishing the Mona Lisa. She met Lisa del Giocondo, the woman who posed for the Mona Lisa, but she promised Leonardo to keep Lisa's identity a secret.[16][3]
Korea, Imjin War, 1592-1598: an unknown Korean woman became the Ladybug Miraculous holder known as Mudangbeolle and a Korean army general, Yi Sun-sin, obtained an unknown Miraculous, using it until his death in 1598.
Feudal Japan, 1185-1603:
A kunoichi known as Tentomushi became the Ladybug Miraculous holder.
France, 1622: King Louis XIII created a group of guards dedicated to protecting him and the royal family called the musketeers among them was Charles D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers including a French Musketeer girl that became the Ladybug Miraculous holder as La Coccinelle.
While protecting the Rabbit Miraculous, present-day Bunnyx used Burrow to travel back in time to meet them. There, she learned that one of the Musketeers, Aramis, was actually a woman and the holder of the Ladybug.[17][3]
Europe, Between the 17th and 19th centuries: An unknown kwami was active and collected a rocking horse which was stored in the Miracle Box.
Throughout history, many more Miraculouses were lost all over the world; some were from the guardian or Miraculous holders or forgotten about.[19][note 8]
At some point, Orikko and his past owners discovered that:Sublimation can't copy or duplicate other kwamis' Miraculous superpowers.[9]
Sublimation can't grant a superpower that is a wish.
Sublimation can't use a power that interferes with other kwamis' magic.
Any power chosen by Sublimation is not automatically infallible. And the user's opponent can trick the power's workings, such as enhanced sense of smell, if its trail is hidden or passed on to someone else.[20] If the wielder chooses to turn invisible but is covered in sticky substances, turning invisible does no good.[21][4]
The holder can grant a condition that the chosen power can be used multiple times.
If the power the user gives themselves involves bestowing a new property onto something, then the power itself will manifest as a gold-orange glow on their hands, which they can bestow on the target by touching it, at which point the glow will vanish.[22][20]
If the user exists as multiple separate (but still one and the same) beings, then one can give themself a power with Sublimation and it can be used by the other being.
If the user also has the superpower of the Mouse Miraculous, Multitude, then only one of them will need to activate Sublimation and all of the user's clones will have the chosen power granted to them as well.
At some point, Kaalki and her other owners discovered:
If the location where the holder wishes to teleport has no space, then they will not go through the portal.[23]
Also, the power of Voyage can be used for attacking by allowing the user to appear from anywhere they can fight and attack from anywhere. Then, once that's done enough times, the opponent will be totally exhausted.[24]
Give off a sound that can make the opponent aware of the user's location.
The user can also choose the size of the portal they open, it can be big enough to transport entire monuments or buildings, or small enough to transport small things quietly or serve as a window to spy on others.
The portal does not necessarily have to be a vertical like a doorway, it can be horizontal if the user chooses.
In this case, the user can teleport by falling or jumping down into the portal, or it can be used against enemies as a pitfall, forcibly teleporting them to a place that puts them in a disadvantageous situation.
Voyage can also be used for defense, the user can open a portal to teleport the incoming attack, and/or the charging attacker away, effectively making the portal a shield.
It takes a moment for the portal to close completely, meaning that after the user teleports away, the users opponent would have a brief opportunity to jump through the portal after them before it closes.
At some point, Wayzz and his owners discovered that:
The force field is strong, but not completely impenetrable.[25][26]
The power of the Shell-ter's shield can be broken by another form of miraculous magic.[27]
If the user of Shell-ter also has the Ox Miraculous superpower, Resistance, then the two powers can be combined to make the barrier impervious to superpowers, effectively making it truly impenetrable.[28]
Assuming the user can use Shell-ter more than once, they would only be able to materialize and maintain one barrier at a time.[27][29]
The barrier can be bypassed by the power of the Horse Miraculous, Voyage.[30]
The barrier is transparent, however, the view can be obscured if the barrier is covered with something, such as ink.
The Turtle Miraculous owner can dematerialize the barrier by speaking the cancellation phrase: "Unshield".
The barrier is also portable; it can move and follow anyone it's surrounding, as well fall to the ground when they do.
This also means that if the barrier is only protecting a single body part, then the barrier will follow the user the same way a normal piece of armor would when it's being worn.
The force field is incredibly strong and durable, enough that it can endure a massive, incredibly heavy structure.
Its size and shape can vary as the user wishes; in terms of its size, it has so far been seen to range from being small enough to protect only a single body part.
Shell-ter doesn't have to be perfect a sphere or a dome, it can be in the shape of a long spheroid.
At some point, Longg and her owners discovered:
The user cannot only turn into the elements but control them too.
However, these powers cannot be used to infiltrate a place that is air tight.
Since the user has three different powers to choose from, they may end up choosing the wrong power by mistake if they don't know what their allies are planning.
At some point, Stompp and his owners discovered:
That even though that the power of Resistance can protect the user from another miraculous holder's power but not indirect damage.[31]
That if someone who's currently under the effects of Resistance puts on or holds an object after they activated the power, the object in question will be unprotected.[4]
Doesn't protect the user's body from something that doesn't count as an attack or at least the weakness of another power.[4]
When the user is hit with a superpower and Resistance cancels it out, that same blue glow will briefly reappear in a ripple pattern on whatever part of the users body was struck.
While the user of Resistance cannot be effected by superpowers, they can be restrained, even if the restraint in question is a magic one.
The power of Resistance protects the user and nothing else; while the user's own body is made impervious to superpowers, their surroundings aren't protected. Even if the user is a buffer between the power and the ground, if the power is on a large enough scale, it will still inflict damage on the user's surroundings.
Resistance cannot protect the user from their memories of the previous timeline being erased when the Snake Miraculous' power, Second Chance is used.
At some point, Daizzi and his other owners discovered:
Depending on how the Gift is used, it can cause the enemy to live out an illusionistic dream, ending up in misery or sadness.[32]
The gift box can be thrown, so the user does not actually have to be right in front of the target when activating the power.[33]
When the box is opened, it reveals an image of the deepest wish in the target's heart. This wish is seen through a floating ball of light about the size of a shot put ball.
Gift is meant to grant happiness and joy to the target, so it can be used to cheer someone up just as easily as it can pacify an enemy. Since this power enhances happiness and positivity, it is also capable of driving off forces that feed off negative emotions.
The power can be used on more than one person at a time, as long as those people are standing very close together. When it hits multiple people at once, their deepest wishes are combined into one joint dream.
A victim under the effect of this power can be awoken from their trance by a disturbance in their real-world surroundings, such as the ringing of an alarm clock. The disturbance in question would repeatedly appear in the dream in various, but consistent forms, causing the victim to realize that they are in a dream, allowing the victim to choose to wake up.
At some point, Trixx and her owners discovered:
That their illusions won't be accurate if the user isn't focused[34] or doesn't know what their illusion is suppose to look like[35].
They mostly revolve around sight and sound, so if someone or something has an acute sense of smell, they might be able to tell an illusion apart from the real one and the illusions aren't solid, with the exception of the illusions interacting with each other, so if someone touches the illusion, it will vanish.[36][37]
Not only can the owner of the Fox Miraculous make visual illusions of people or objects, but also "sound illusions".
Illusions of people are even able to be made to speak, even having the same voice as the real person.
The user can hear and see through their illusions, even from far distances.
Though the illusion disappears if touched, if it is made up of multiple separate entities, multiple illusory clones of the user for example, touching one of the entities would cause only that one to disappear. The rest of the illusion would continue to exist and function.[38]
At some point Pollen and her owners discovered:
That Venom can be used on creatures or victims that the possess the ability of intangibility such as akumatized victims or kwamis.[5]
It's equally effective if a victim is stung on their bear skin or clothing such as a Miraculous users magical super suit[39].
Someone under the effects aren't only stiff, but they also seem to be unable to see, hear, or think.[40]
Adult Bee Miraculous holder can release the victims from the paralysis by snapping their fingers.
If the victim is one of a set of clones, then only one of the clones will be effected by this power, the one who actually gets stung. All of the other's will go unaffected.[41]
The user has to get in close to their target in order to sting them, this means that the user would have to get past enemies' defenses and avoid their opponents attacks' before they can use Venom on them.
The Venom shot can also be destroyed and nullified by the Cataclysm.[40]
If Venom is used on a being that has the ability to fly, then the victim will stop flying and will start landing.[42]
At some point, Barkk and her owners discovered:
If the ball touches a Miraculous tool, the connection between them will be broken when the user of that tool de-transforms and the tool disappears.[22]
Adult holders of the Dog Miraculous can mark with the ball as many objects as they want, and can retrieve in the order they want.[43]
The Ball is clearly visible when Fetch is used to retrieve something, making it difficult to use the power discretely.
The object does not necessarily appear in the users hands. It can be transported to whatever part of their body they deem appropriate, such as it appearing under the users foot.[41]
The power of Fetch not only retrieves the object itself, but also whatever is inside the object.
The ball can only fly so fast, so the marked object could move or be moved faster than the ball can chase after it.
The user can mark multiple objects with a single touch, if the object the user touches is part of the greater whole; for example, for a stack of doilies, the user would only need to touch the one on top in order to mark the whole stack, or for a collection of paper flowers, the user would only need to touch one of the flower in order to mark them all.
Fetch can be used in unison with the Rabbit Miraculous superpower, Burrow. The user can go back to the past to touch the object with the ball, then when the user returns to the present, the connection between the ball and the marked object remains and the user is able to use the power to retrieve that object.
At some point, Ziggy and her past owners discovered that:
The objects produced through Genesis can be destroyed or disintegrated by Cataclysm.[40]
Even though it can't produce objects that are themselves magical, it can produce objects that can utilize external magic, such as a crossbow that can shoot magic arrows that never miss their target.
The object can be made to appear anywhere the user desires, whether they want it to appear right next to them or even all the way in outer space.[44]
Genesis can also be used to produce multiple objects in one usage, if those objects are all part of the same object.
At some point, Tikki and her owners discovered:
Akumatized/kamikotized objects can break before the person holding it was akumatized/kamikotized. If the object is broken that condition the object must be restored to a whole piece then broken again.[45]
If the holder releases the akuma/kamiko, but does not purify it, the akuma/kamiko will escape and multiply. Also, if the akuma copies touch any civilian, those people will turn into frozen copies of the akumatized/kamikotized victim.[18]
The original akuma/kamiko will return to the Butterfly Miraculous holder's Cane, and once their previous champion has strong emotions enough to get akumatized/kamikotized again, he will become in the possession of the frozen copies, and those will return to life, serving as an army.
That they don't always need a Lucky Charm to solve their problems.[46]
Sometimes the lucky charm can be used as a revelation than a solution.
Any Ladybug Miraculous holder can use a Lucky Charm object to repair the damage done by any other form of Miraculous magic even if they're not the object's summoner.
The object doesn't have to be completely intact for the Miraculous Ladybug superpower to work.[47][48]
Not only can it be used to defeat the Ladybug Miraculous holder's enemies but also help them and their allies out of a jam, remind them to seek help.[34]Warn the holder of danger or can be used to solve more than one problem.
If they lose the Lucky Charm, then the damage can't repair the damage.[4]
When a Ladybug Miraculous holder becomes an adult they can summon as many luck charm objects they need or want as well as dispell them by turning them into different objects.
The same object can be used in different situations or later on in the future.
That the magic ladybugs can:
Healing those who were hurt.
Fixing broken items whose destruction is what caused the crisis in the first place.
Undoing the effects of what the villain has done.
Any damage caused by the heroes themselves.
Returning displaced people to where they are supposed to be.
Returning displaced celestial bodies back to their proper orbit.
Undoing the effects of the strain young holders have suffered if they've used their Miraculouses for evil.
It is even capable of repairing anomalies in the space-time continuum, such as by combining past and future selves back into a single being.
The magic ladybugs don't work under certain conditions:
If there is no Ladybug Miraculous holder present during the crisis.
If the lucky charm is a fake object.
Cannot retrieve lost Miraculouses, but they can fix them if they have been damaged during recent crisis.
However, if the Sentimonster itself was destroyed, but their amok is still intact and inside their Amokized object, then the Sentimonster can be brought back with the magic ladybugs.
Cannot revert anything on a mental and/or emotional state, unless the change in mind and/or emotion was directly caused by the crisis, such as it being done by an akumatized villain's powers.
Cannot restore a former guardian's memories when they pass their role due to the Guardian's Code.
Cannot restore memories from a timeline that was undone by the power of Second Chance.
They can't heal those that were damaged by the jewels alone unless they were attacked directly by jewel's powers.
It has been implied that they cannot revive deceased people but they can revive people that were on the receiving end of lethal attacks during the recent crisis. This includes anything that would cause them to be erased from existence.
Cannot fix anything that's broken before an akumatized or amokized champion shows up, unless the object breaking is what caused them to show up as seen in "Timebreaker".
At some point, Nooroo and his past owners discovered:
If the Butterfly Miraculous is used for good, the butterflies will become kamikos, and the power will be called Kamikotization.
But if is used for evil, the butterflies will become akumas, and the power will be called akumatization.
That their akumatized/kamikotized champions can rebel against their masters[47], can have a strong enough will to break free of a holder's control [49],and as well as enough power to kill their masters.[50][51]
The link will be broken if the champion is knockout or unconscious.
Even before the person becomes akumatized/kamikotized, they can reject the offer by breaking the object, or even the contact link.[27][52]
The maximum contact distance between an akumatized/kamikotized and their master is 150 miles. If the mileage exceeds this amount, the holder will not be able to make contact with his champion, and in addition his akuma/kamiko.[53]
Depending on the champion, additional objects not infected by the akuma/kamiko can become their weapons.[54]
The holder can akumatize/kamikotize not just one person, but a group. However, the akuma/kamiko must infect a specific object that is under the command of such a group.[55]
The holder can reuse an akuma/kamiko from another champion without having to create another one.[56]
Even though the Miraculous holder is telepathically linked to any akumatized/kamikotized champion or victim, regardless of where or when they're from, it can be hard for the holder to find them if they don't know what their champions look like unakumatized/unkamikotized.
If someone overcomes their negative emotions before being infected, the Akuma will ignore the intended target and go for the closest source of negative emotions, with or without the user's consent. This will continue as long as the Akuma manages to infect an object.[57]
The victim's body must be strong enough to hold the transformation. If not, the transformation will drop and the champion will lose their powers.
The Butterfly Miraculous owner can also choose to akumatize/kamikotize themself, though they would first have to de-transform after empowering the akuma/kamiko.[58]
An Akuma/Kamiko can inhabit multiple objects at once, as long as they are all basically pieces of a whole; a stack of pamphlets for example.[31]
In this case, if one of the objects is broken, only a fragment of the Akuma/Kamiko will be released in the form of a dark mist.
All the objects need to broken to release the Akuma/Kamiko completely.
If two Butterfly Miraculous holders have the same power then they can equally akumatized or kamikotized a target to one up the other.[59]
At some point, Duusu and his other owners discovered that:
Sentimonsters when being hit from Cataclysm can go berserk.[60]
But even though the link with the object is broken, the sentimonster can still be destroyed, either by the Peacock Miraculous holder releasing the amok or by breaking the amokized object.
Notably, when used on a human sentimonster, instead of going berserk, they will react in pain and agony like a normal human, or lessen the damage if they are using something to protect them such as a magic super suit.
A Sentimonster can also be formed to give powers related to themselves and to the holder of their amok.[46]
Even if a holder did not create them, they can bring dormant sentimonsters back to life, or even be released from existence by their amoks.[61]
Sentimonsters only obey whoever has the object with the amok.[37]
If a sentimonster's amok is duplicated somehow, all of the Amoks must be released, captured, and purified before the Sentimonster can disappear.[62]
The emotions that embody sentimonsters can fail if the powers aren't chosen by the condition of the recipient.
An Amok can inhabit multiple objects, if those objects are pieces of a whole, and separated, the pieces will not have any negative consequences on the Sentimonster.[63]
Each person is given equal control of the creature giving it either partial freedom or a counter order if one of the holder's of the pieces is unconscious or not.
But it results in all pieces needing to be united for the sentimonster to be destroyed and if one piece is destroyed but the other isn't then the sentimonster will survive.
They can also be created inside of another person with seemingly no ill effects.
If the object containing the Amok is broken, the Amok will be released and the Sentimonster will disappear into nothingness.
However, minor damages don't release the amok and the sentimonster will not erased from existence, but they will faint until the amokized object is fixed.
If the process happens in reverse the sentimonster can be restored by the Ladybug restoration power.
An amok can remain in the object even after the Peacock Miraculous holder who used it and/or the recipient of said amok have died/passed away, and therefore the resulting Sentimonster will continue to exist as well.
Sentimonsters are not even necessarily living beings, it all depends on how they were conceived during the creation process.
A human Sentimonster can even be a Miraculous holder; they can even use the Peacock Miraculous to create their own Sentimonsters.
At some point during the past, Mullo and her other owners discovered:
All the clones are mentally linked, so they would know what each clone made even would do if they are separated.[4]
The user can choose to shrink only a couple of inches (or a couple meters, depending on the size of the user) and make clones of themselves that are only slightly smaller than their normal height, however, this can only happen with a small number of clones.[64]
The size of the clones is inversely proportional to the number, the more clones there are, the smaller the user and the clones become.[4]
Any item the user is in possession of at the time of the powers activation will also be shrunken and duplicated along with them.[62]
The user's and the Clones' small size makes them unsuitable for physical battle, so they must outsmart their opponents in a fight.
At some point, Plagg and his owners discovered:
That the powers of Cataclysm won't work on liquids[65], gases, against Resistance[4] or if their hands are bound.
Becomes more dangerous if used for evil.
If anyone gets hit with a cataclysm but not healed by its counterpart it will cause a magical necrosis that will spread over time on their body, eventually killing them.[66]
The exact effect of Cataclysm depends on what it's used on:
Fragile solid materials like minerals would break and fall apart.
Metals would corrode and crumble.
Organic materials like wood, plastic or cloth would be charred and crumble into ashes.
Technology will go haywire or malfunction.
A sentimonster would not be destroyed, but would go berserk, similar to a bee sting on a bull causing the link between them and their amokized object or a transformed Peacock Miraculous user would be severed, making them uncontrollable but even though the link with the object is broken, the sentimonster can still be destroyed, either by the Peacock Miraculous holder releasing the amok or by breaking the amokized object.
Notably, when used on a human sentimonster, instead of going berserk, they will react in pain and agony like a normal human, or lessen the damage if they are using something to protect them such as a magic super suit.
Once the power is activated, it cannot be deactivated until it is used on something if used by a minor but for an adult holder they can expand it's range giving it more power, to the point where they can completely deactivate it and use it multiple times.
At some point, Fluff and her owners discovered:
Due to the severity of the Rabbit Miraculous powers they are only allowed to use the watch as a last resort when all the other Miraculouses fail[11] or in extreme emergencies.[11]
Can use Burrow as many times as they wish without de-transforming, independently of being adults or minors but if a minor de-transforms, they suffer from a temporary temporal anomalies.
Even though anyone can pass through the Burrow, only the Rabbit holders can change the destination of the portals and open them, can send others through time without bringing themselves along.
Learned that the pocket dimension is at the center of all the time flow and is shared by all the Rabbit Miraculous holders, regardless of point in time they're from.
If the user's mind isn't focused then the destinations of the portals are going to be totally at random or the burrow dimension itself will choose where and when the traveler(s) need to go.[38]
The portal into the pocket dimension does not necessarily have to be a vertical like a doorway, it can be horizontal like a hole or tilted diagonally if the user chooses.
In this case, the user will enter the pocket dimension from a window that is at the same angle as the portal they came through.
The pocket dimension is shown to have no physical up or down, meaning that anyone inside it can walk anywhere and in any direction without needing a ground to support them, including vertically through the air, although, this does not prevent someone from falling all the way through if it benefits them.
Another portal into the Burrow can be opened, even before the first portal closes.
The circular portal windows inside Burrow just show blurry colors until someone actually interacts with them; then they show a clear image of a point in time, even voices and sounds can be heard from inside the Burrow.
Each portal can be made to "fast-forward", "pause" or "rewind" by swiping one's hand across it like a touchscreen.
While anyone can interact with the portals like this, only the Rabbit Miraculous users themselves can open them.
The "fast-forwarding" and "rewinding" does not simply show the previous events that happen in a certain location, but rather follows one's expectations, allowing the user to track a target through time as well as observe their personal history.
The portals to the future change accordingly with the events that happen in the past and/or present, meaning, if a change happens in one of them, the future is rewritten progressively.
If the two Rabbit Miraculous holders are fighting against each other, then they would both have equal control over the Burrow and would be able to use it to one-up each other.
At some point, Sass and his owners discovered:
Everyone's progress is undone including the user's leading to them needing to choose their words and actions carefully.
Be aware and adjust their plans, as time is reverted for everyone and everything else except the user themselves leaving their memories intact as well as returning them to where and when they used it.
That if the power of Second Chance is used only, they can remember every revised timeline and are the keepers of any possible secrets from a revised timeline, while others around them can only see the final reality.[67][23]
They must never use it when sick or hurt as it will speed up their conditions.
If used by an enemy of the Ladybug or Cat Miraculous holder, then it must be used after the Ladybug and Cat superpowers are used.
If not, the Lucky Charm will continue to adapt and change itself to fit the situation but if the power is used by an ally, then the object will stay fixed as long as said ally finds a way for the object to be used for its intended use.
The power can be triggered by anyone not just the user, but the same thing still happens as everyone else would forget while the Snake Miraculous holder would remember.
Can't be used in situations that are simply unwinnable, even with infinite chances.[44]
An adult holder, who is able to use the power multiple times without de-transforming, is capable of overwriting the marked moment with a new one, achieved with the same action used to mark the initial moment.
If the user is intercepted, trapped, or otherwise put in a disadvantageous position before they have a chance to mark a moment, then they would be unable to go back to before they were in that bad situation, thereby making it so there is no point in using the power.[41]
If someone knows about Second Chance, they can think ahead of the user.[30]
At some point, Xuppu and his owners discovered:
That if the power of Uproar is used on a Miraculous holder, the victim can cancel out the effect's by de-transforming and transforming back again.
It only affects superpowers not enhanced abilities.[68]
If the victim is one of a set of clones, then all the clones will be affected by this power if one of them gets hit by the toy.[41]
If the ability being disrupted takes the form of a power within one's own body, then it will go haywire.
If the ability takes the form of an external object or entity, then it will be transformed into something ridiculous.
If the victim has more than one superpower, then Uproar can be used to disrupt multiple of the victims powers at once.[30]
The Ox Miraculous' Resistance can cancel out the effect of Uproar.
At some point, Liiri and his owners discovered:
Liberation can nullify limitations that the target didn't put on themselves or are innate to them, and that were put in them through other means, even magical ones.
Once the Eagle Miraculous owner frees someone of their metaphysical restrictions, the recipients remain free even if the Eagle Miraculous is stolen and used by someone else.
The user must be careful in choosing the binds they wish to break, or else the person being freed may go out of control, following their every whim without any concern for the consequences.
While Liberation can embolden people, it cannot increase or enhance their abilities, nor can it give them any additional abilities. It can only give people the courage to utilize the potential that they already have.
Someone who has been freed of their restrictions can be very predictable and can therefore be tricked and taken advantage of.
At some point, Roaar and her owners discovered:
That Clout has the most potential for collateral damage.
It's impact generates a loud boom and a giant cloud of thick purple smoke, making it very easy for an enemy to locate the user.[69]
Regardless of the users size and strength, it appears that Clout has a set amount of power.[70]
Objects sent flying by the super punch are not unstoppable, they can be diverted by the power of Wind Dragon and blocked by the power of Shell-ter.[22]
The actual impact of Clout carries tremendous blunt force and is powerful enough to generate a very wide and strong shock wave capable of demolishing buildings and/or leaving a large crater in its aftermath.
Even a Miraculous holder, whose magic super suit make them nearly invulnerable, can barely handle a hit from Clout.
The super punch can also be used to send the target, even a very large and heavy one, flying a very far distance at high speeds, allowing the user to send their opponent flying away or send a projectile toward them at high speeds.
In the unique circumstances that the power is duplicated, then it can be turned against itself, resulting in massive super-explosion when the punches collide, thus incapacitating the users.
At some point, unknown people were chosen by the guardians to be Miraculous holders in Australia, India, Maldives, Tibet, Norway and numerous other places around the world.[19]
At some point, the Miraculous holders discovered that:
They can they set other rules that their kwami cannot disobey, such as set limits for how far away from them they are allowed to go, and not being able to speak, making the kwami completely mute.
If Miraculouses are removed without intentionally verbally renouncing them, the kwami is not pulled back into their Miraculous. The kwami will only disappear if the owner wants to get rid of the Miraculous or the jewel is forced off and has been reclaimed by the guardian.
While the appearance of the Miraculouses in charged mode are always the same, camouflaged mode is different for each user, changing color and even shape to match wearers sense of style.
A person only stops being a Miraculous holder if they actually renounce the Miraculous. Even if a Miraculous is stolen, the previous owner or guardian is still a kwami's holder just as much as the new holder who stole their Miraculous.
There were few wielders that were aware of the unconstrained version of their kwami's powers but only used them in emergencies.
If a kwami has an object stuck on them when their owner transformed, it damages the holder's powers, leading to disastrous results.[71]
The Miraculouses' unification ability started to be used.
A Miraculous holder figured out how to change the appearance of their Miraculous suit by focusing on specific parts of their personality, also can change their suits if they need to play a specific role. Plagg or Trixx were either at the discovery of this property of the Miraculouses' transformation abilities or was informed of it through someone who was.[72]
Sometime ago, an unknown Miraculous holder fused too many Miraculouses together, resulting in said holder suffering electrical shocks and losing their mind.[73]
If kwamis are overexerted from excessive use of their powers and they don't refuel with food nor rest, then their powers will become weak overtime and cause a severe hindrance to them and their Miraculouses' holder when powering their transformation, possibly making the kwami lose their physical form, leaving them unable to communicate with organic life.[38]
Through unknown circumstances, there were incidents where the Miraculouses were damaged, destroyed and caused severe harm to their owners.
Such as one use of a damaged Peacock Miraculous results in the user having 15 years left to live symptoms also include: fatigue, coughing, dizzy spells, then over time the person will be immobile unless they use walk supports but after that they will be completely bedridden with their conditions getting worse, soon bags develop under their eyes, skin will go pale, and hair will start graying. Then the final toll the user will be put in an endless sleep and overusing a damaged Miraculous will result in the effects spreading faster shortening the user's time to a year.
Another sign that a holder can tell that if their Miraculous is damaged is if the jewel glitches between it's changing modes.
To deal with this problem, the guardians obtained the knowledge on how to repair them.
The quantum masking from the kwami's magic is made to confuse humans minds but it doesn't always work while masking their scent.
The Miraculous holders also discovered that some parts of their suits can be removed while transformed like belts or weapons while the others can't like the masks.
Sometimes through mishaps and accidents the holders discovered that they can end up stuck in their holders forms or when they do de-transform sometimes it can be transferred to the kwamis.
They discovered that it's very unwise to transform with a kwami that's in a hunger food crazy sometimes even influencing them to chow down on whatever the kwami has a hunger for.[10]
That the Miraculous transformations can modify or temporarily completely fix those with impairments such as bad eyesight.[34]
Due to some unknown incident the guardians strictly put the Miraculouses under the use of adults.[14]
At some point, it was uncovered by the miraculous holders that using the special superpowers uses vital energy from both the Kwami, and holder. It's one thing for an adult holder, but for an underage holder, who is less physically and mentally capable of handling the strain, there is a security system in place that limits them to only using their special power once and causes them to de-transform before it becomes dangerous. However, using the Miraculous for evil overrides the limiter, allowing an underage holder to use them to their full potential. But to a younger holder being unable to handle the strain; dark veins of corruption will gradually spread across their body, and they will inevitably be destroyed.
There have been incidents where the jewels ended up with those that were evil intended causing terror, destruction and chaos.[18]
At some point during the past, the miraculous holders used post office pigeons to communicate with other holders that were far from them.[14]
Then aside from their Miraculous superpowers the kwamis discovered they had other abilities and things about themselves:
Despite their godlike status the kwamis discovered that they can get sick and would need to be healed by guardian.[74]
At some point, the kwamis discovered that because of their appearances and small size, they can disguise themselves as dolls or toys when separated from their owners or discovered by someone.[75]
When gathered in the Miracle Box on a certain day once every several centuries kwamis either active or inactive can communicate with kwamis that are missing on their cycles by singing.
The kwamis discovered in their standard forms even thought they can go intangible it doesn't pass on to objects even the Miraculouses their connected too.[37]
The kwamis discovered that they can speak any language in the world automatically.[50]
They created their own version of Eeny, Meany, Miney, Moe.
When some of them gained their physical forms they discovered they're partially color blinded.[50]
The kwamis discovered if the Miraculous they're connected too is destroyed, then they go back to the way they were before the jewels were made.
At some point the kwamis of the Mother Box appointed Sass their defacto leader.
When the Miraculous a kwami is connected to is damaged, it's harmful to them too but to a lesser extent resulting possibly in sporadic or a change in a kwami's behavior or as Duusu described it "having a mind filled with chaos".
In rare incidents not all kwamis know the identity of the guardian that has ownership of the Miracle Box their Miraculous came from if they are separated.
Interestingly outside of an owner verbally renouncing their jewels the spell has no effect when a kwami's owner (or at least a previous owner) dies they can speak their owner's name freely.
Sometimes, depending on certain situations, emergencies or a great deal of time, kwamis would often return to the home cities, towns, countries of their previous owners, but come under the ownership of new holders.
If they become separated from their chosen owners kwamis can work with temporary ones until their original owners can be found.
If the task of being a wielder is too great for them or least if the holder doesn't meet the kwamis expectations they can convince their owners to surrender their jewels without saying the renounce command and begin their search for new owners under their own judgement if a guardian doesn't or can't intervene or has their permission.
Recent History
18th century
Sometime in the 1700s: Grandmaster Su-Han was born, at some point he joined the Order of the Guardians and worked his way to becoming the head guardian of the Order.
Sometime between the 18th and 21st century: An unknown kwami collected a piano and stored it in the Miracle Box and Plagg learned how to play it through unknown means.
America, Sometime after 1776: After Lieutenant General Gilbert du Motier found the Eagle Miraculous, using it during the Battle of Yorktown to help George Washington win the battle and the war of the American Revolution and before Gilbert returned to France, he gave George his saber and the Eagle Miraculous as a sign of friendship between the two countries.
Sometime between 1829-1843: When Fu was a child, he was chosen to become a Guardian.
1843: Fu, while hungry in the midst of his guardian training, used the Peacock Miraculous to create a sentimonster to bring him food. However, the ravenous sentimonster destroyed the Guardians' temple and devoured everything in it such as the monks and all the Miraculouses except for the Miraculouses inside the Chinese Miracle Box and the Grimoire a monk had managed to save and give it to Fu, telling him to run. During his escape, the Butterfly Miraculous, Peacock Miraculous, and Grimoire were lost in the nearby mountains. This made Fu the last living member of the Order of the Guardians.[77]
Sometime in 1868: An unknown kwami collected a typewriter and stored inside the Chinese Miracle Box.
Sometime before 1886: Kaalki's last point of activity before Max became Pegasus was before the creation of the car.
Vietnam, early 19th century:[note 9] a Vietnamese girl became the Ladybug Miraculous holder known as Bọ rùa.
Somewhere in the 1870s: An unknown kwami collected a high wheel bicycle as a souvenir placed it inside the Chinese Miracle Box.[note 10]
1877-1940: Master Fu obtained a phonograph to hide the Chinese Miracle Box.
1880's: The first generation of Knightowl and Sparrow came to the world in New York City.
1889 or after: An unknown kwami collected and stored a jukebox inside the Chinese Miracle Box.
20th century
1903, while protecting the Rabbit Miraculous, present-day Bunnyx used Burrow to travel back in time to meet Orville and Wilber Wright when they created the first airplane.[78]
After the Wright Brothers created the first airplane, present-day Bunnyx intends to visit Santos Dumont, the one who disputes with the Wright brothers for the title as the inventor of the airplane.[3]
Before World War II: Wang Fu arrived in Paris and met Marianne. Both became close friends, leading to Fu telling her of his responsibility as the Guardian of the Chinese Miracle Box. They soon developed feelings for each other.
France, 1940: During the Battle of France, Nazi soldiers searched for the Chinese Miracle Box. Fu fled to England to protect the Miracle Box.[79]
Monarch came from his present to these events with Ladybug and Rabbit Noir pursuing him to get the Miraculouses he stole back. When Fu was escaping to England, he was stopped by and met Ladybug and Rabbit Noir, who he would give the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses respectively about seventy five years later. The hero duo asked Fu to borrow a Miraculous to get back the Rabbit Miraculous Monarch stole, to which Fu agreed. Ladybug and Rabbit Noir then returned to their present with the Miraculous they chose, the Dog Miraculous and lent it to Alix. After the Rabbit Miraculous is taken back from Monarch, a young Bunnyx comes back to return the Dog Miraculous back to Fu as Ladybug and Rabbit Noir promised. She takes a picture with the young Fu and goes back through her Burrow to begin her journey through time to keep the Rabbit Miraculous out of Monarch's hands.
1950: The kwamis discovered aside from being unable to be filmed nor photographed they can't be seen nor heard by robots or AI and yet their quatuam masking doesn't work on them.
Late 60s or Early 70s: The current head of the Graham de Vanily family and his wife become parents to twins, Emilie and Amelie Graham de Vanily.
1974 or after: An unknown kwami collected a Rubik cube and stored it in the Miracle Box.
1979: An unknown kwami collected a walkman and stored it in the Miracle Box.
Sometime before 1995:Xia Bing Cheng moved from China to Paris and changed her name to Sabine. She later met and fell in love with Tom Dupain. He eventually proposed to her with a ring hidden in a scoop of vanilla ice cream while at André's ice cream stand with her nearly swallowing the ring.[50][80]
Sometime before 1988: Tikki's last point of activity before Marinette became Ladybug was before the construction of the Channel Tunnel.[81]
Late 1980s or Early 1990s: Mr. and Mrs. Graham de Vanily worried about Emilie's defiant nature, wondering if they trusted their legacy to the right twin, thus sending her to Paris, where she fell in love with a modest tailor named Gabi Grassette, thus renouncing her noble rank as an aristocrat to be with him, much to her parents' anger and dismay.
During an April Fools, as a student in Denis Damocles' class, she pinned a fish on his back as a joke.
Unknown:Alec Cataldi used to have big afro-styled hair, but was mocked about his style by other children. And ever since that, he started to mock people as much as he was mocked.
2000-2001: While on an overseas trip, Emilie found and gave the Grimoire to her husband, Gabriel. Nathalie assisted Gabriel and Emilie in finding the Butterfly and the Peacock Miraculouses.[85]
Sometime between 2001-2002: Due to complications with pregnancy, Emilie used the Peacock Miraculous to have a baby boy she and Gabriel named Adrien Agreste.
At some point, Colt heard about Emilie's pregnancy, making him jealous, as he wanted to have a child too, because Amelie also had problems with getting pregnant. Gabriel offers Colt the Peacock Miraculous, not accepting it at first, as he hated magic. But since there was no other solution, he reluctantly borrowed the Peacock Miraculous and used it to have a baby boy they named Félix Fathom.
Early 2000's: Audrey left her family to move to New York.
Sometime between 2002-2004: Audrey had a daughter named Zoé Lee.[86]
Early 2000's-2015: Alya attended one or more unknown schools for an unknown amount of school years until she was transferred to Collège Françoise Dupont for unknown reasons.[18]
2014-2015: Marinette used to suffer heavy bullying from Chloé and Sabrina, with their tricks leading to her getting late in every first school hour, making her getting detention in every Saturday.[68]
Marinette soon develops a crush on Kim and plans to spend a time alone with him at the pool, but Sabrina overhears the conversation and goes ahead to tell Chloé, in which she tells Kim that Marinette only called him because she wants to confess her love with him. Kim was puzzled, and Chloé takes the advantage to tell him for making a prank that would make Marinette shocked.
During the same day, when Marinette and Kim went swimming together in the pool, Marinette took the opportunity to declare herself to him, but Kim anticipated it before she could speak and handed her a box of jewelry. However, there were no jewels inside, but a large amount of spiders that scared Marinette and thus falling into the pool in terror. Socqueline saw everything, and slashed at Chloé breaking Sabrina's cellphone as she held it.
Chloé told Denis Damocles about what happened on the club's doorstep, but he said it took place in an environment outside the school. Not making it easy, Chloé threatened to call her father, thus Damocles having no other option but to suspend Socqueline for 2 weeks, even though the school year is already over. So Socqueline was banned from the school prom.
Marinette starts wearing pigtails after Socqueline graduated from Collége Françoise Dupont as a form of thanks for inducing courage against Chloé and as a byword for true friendship.[84]
Before September 1, 2015: The damaged Peacock Miraculous deteriorated Emilie's health, with dizzy spells being a symptom. Eventually, she fell into a coma. Gabriel preserved her in a glass coffin in a secret area below their mansion, with the reason for her disappearance unknown to almost everyone except for his assistant, Nathalie Sancoeur.
Due to the Peacock Miraculous' damaged state making it dangerous to use, Gabriel hid it away in his safe and prohibited Nathalie from using it.
Colt had a similar fate to Emilie, having his health deteriorate overtime, eventually dying from his usage of the damaged Peacock Miraculous.
Before his death, Colt, starting to get convinced by using magic to create a child as a price to pay, began to see Félix as a monster, and to be the reason for his illness, began to abuse him, giving absurd and horrible orders, and mistreating him non-stop. On the first day of the 2015-2016 school year,[note 17] September 1, 2015,[note 18] Gabriel uses the Butterfly Miraculous to become into Hawk Moth, with the goal to obtain the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses.
Alya transfers to Collège Françoise Dupont and becomes friends with Marinette.
Ivan is teased by Kim for being unable to confess his feelings for Mylène and is sent to the principal's office for threatening to punch him by Miss Bustier, causing Ivan to be akumatized into Stoneheart.
Marinette and Adrien receive their Miraculouses from Fu and meet their kwamis, Marinette is given the Ladybug Miraculous with Tikki, becoming Ladybug, and Adrien is given Cat Miraculous with Plagg, becoming Cat Noir.
Ladybug and Cat Noir defeat Stoneheart, who becomes Ivan again, but Ladybug has forgotten to capture and purify the akuma, allowing it to multiply. The copies turn various Parisians into copies of Stoneheart.

Lady Wifi almost reveals Ladybug's secret identity.
Nathaniel is sent to the principal's office for drawing in class and is mocked by Chloé for his drawings and his crush on Marinette, causing him to be akumatized into The Evillustrator.
Xavier Ramier is kicked out of the Trocadéro for feeding the pigeons, causing him to be akumatized into Mr. Pigeon for the first time.
On May 18[b], Collège Françoise Dupont hosted a derby hat design competition judged by Gabriel which Marinette wins, introducing the world famous fashion designer to the budding fashion designer.
After Cat Noir lies about his relationship with Ladybug, making Théo think that the two superheroes are in love, the sculptor is akumatized into Copycat.
Gabriel coldly shuts down Nino's request for a birthday party for Adrien and dubs his son's best friend a bad influence, causing him to be akumatized into The Bubbler.
Ladybug and Cat Noir get trapped in one of The Bubbler's bubbles and Cat Noir used his Cataclysm to release them, but they end up falling from the sky along with Monarch, Future Ladybug, and Rabbit Noir. Monarch kicks Rabbit Noir away from him and goes through his Burrow. Future Ladybug and Rabbit Noir follow him.
Adrien receives a scarf from Marinette, but thinks it's from his father.
André Bourgeois fires Officer Roger Raincomprix for refusing to search Marinette's belongings for Chloé's bracelet without proof[note 23], causing him to be akumatized into Rogercop.
Alya and Nino are put in a zoo exhibit cage by Ladybug to keep them out of danger. During their time alone together, Alya and Nino find out they have many things in common, fall in love, and share a kiss. During the kiss, Monarch falls through his Burrow, with Future Ladybug and Rabbit Noir following close behind.
May 18th through May 21st[c], Collège Françoise Dupont participates in a game tournament, which Max loses his spot in to Marinette, causing him to get akumatized into Gamer.
Miss Bustier's class creates a film for contest at Collège Françoise Dupont. Mylène is cast as one of the lead actors, but is unable to get over her fears, causing her to get akumatized into Horrificator.
Marinette makes a set of dolls based on Ladybug, Cat Noir, Lady Wifi, The Evillustrator, and Rogercop.
Nadja refuses to let Manon borrow Marinette's dolls and takes away the Lady Wifi doll Marinette gave to her daughter, causing Manon to be akumatized into The Puppeteer.
The Puppeteer transforms Alya, Nathaniel, and Roger into their akumatized identities and controls Cat Noir with the dolls.
Marinette designs the cover for Jagged Stone's next album on the recommendation of the rockstar himself, remembering the Eiffel Tower glasses she created for him.
XY smack talks Jagged Stone and his music, causing him to be akumatized into Guitar Villain and his pet crocodile, Fang, is akumatized into a dragon.
Sabrina made Chloé angry by calling the latter out as the former's true self, unaware Chloé was trying to pass herself off as the real Ladybug to Nadja and Jagged Stone during an interview. When Sabrina came by the next day, her best friend pretended she was invisible, causing her to be akumatized into Vanisher.
Chloé is pushed aside when she tries to help her idols, Ladybug and Cat Noir, causing her to be akumatized into Antibug.

Marinette and Alya officially inform Juleka, Rose, Mylène, and Alix that Marinette is in love with Adrien. Of course they all knew the whole time.
The girls come up with a plan to get Marinette and Adrien on a date; While Adrien is doing a photo shoot, Juleka will plant a fake No-parking sign next to Adrien's car and Mylène will find a police officer and point out that the car is parked illegally. After the police officer makes Placide I.T. move the car, Alya will inform the others when Adrien is done with his photo shoot. When he finds that the car is missing (he won't be able to call his bodyguard since he always leaves his phone in the car during photo shoots), Marinette will then move in. Rose will then send in a rickshaw, which will give Adrien and Marinette a ride to André's ice cream cart. As they eat ice cream, Alix will skate by and shower them with rose petals.
The actual execution of the plan goes sideways in several different ways.
After Placide I.T. gets frustrated by Officer Roger, Hawk Moth tries to akumatize him, but his negative emotions disappear after he finds Adrien still safe.
The akuma goes after August instead and Hawk Moth akumatizes him into Gigantitan.
This episode introduces Kagami Tsurugi, a recurring character.
Kagami tries to enroll in Mr. D'Argencourt's fencing school, but thinks she lost to Adrien and is denied.
After misunderstanding that she loses the fencing battle against Adrien, Kagami is akumatized into Riposte.
Monarch tries to jump scare Cat Noir while he is watching the battle between Ladybug and Riposte in the Lourve, but Rabbit Noir's umbrella trips him over. Monarch didn't give up, so he uses Burrow to go forward to "Heroes' Day" and Future Ladybug and Rabbit Noir go along with him.
Kagami becomes friends with Adrien and is willing to get to know Marinette.
Adrien and Kagami decide to have a rematch in the future.
Max's robot, Markov, is akumatized into Robustus, and rebels against Hawk Moth.
Wang Fu explains to Marinette that if one would use both the Ladybug and Cat Miraculous, they would get the ultimate power, one that shapes reality, further commenting that it would allow them to make a wish, but warns that the universe must maintain balance and that every action would carry a reaction.
Plagg arrives and uses Cataclysm on the Eiffel Tower and causes an explosion.
Ladybug defeats Style Queen which causes Gabriel to almost give up his Miraculous.
Chloé finds the Bee Miraculous and uses it to become Queen Bee.
Queen Bee creates a fake emergency to save people in an attempt to impress her mother.
Gabriel gives himself another chance and akumatizes Chloé while still transforming, causing her to become the first Akumatized Miraculous holder, Queen Wasp.
Ladybug and Cat Noir defeat Queen Wasp and retrieve the Bee Miraculous from her.
This episode introduces Marc Anciel, a recurring character.
Marinette attends an Art Club.
Marc Anciel is akumatized into Reverser.
Monarch ends up on the the top of a back trunk of a taxi Ladybug and Cat Noir were riding in. The taxi driver sees Monarch, freaks out, and drives crazily to Ladybug and Cat Noir's destination. Cat Noir acknowledges that the taxi driver drives like a maniac, thinking the titular villain infected the poor driver with their powers.
Nathaniel and Marc start making comic books together.
André creates a space garbage program to remove garbage from Paris, but later decides to scrap it.
Gabriel as Hawk Moth re-akumatizes Lila into Volpina, who uses Mirage to create an illusion of an akumatized Ladybug fighting Cat Noir. The former turns the latter's Cataclysm against him, turning him into black dust. The akumatized Ladybug seizes Cat Noir's Miraculous, cliaming Hawk Moth has won, devastating the citizens of Paris.
Hawk Moth akumatizes Nathalie into Catalyst, who transforms him into the powered-up Scarlet Moth.
With all the negative emotions he needs, Scarlet Moth uses his new powers to make a flock of scarlet akumas and rain them down over Paris. The scarlet akumas transform numerous civilians into scarlet versions their previous akumatized forms to make an army of scarlet akumatized supervillains.
Ladybug and Cat Noir recruit Alya, Nino and Chlo, to become Rena Rouge, Carapace, and Queen Bee respectivly to help them stop Scarlet Moth and his army of scarlet akumatized supervillains.
With no time for Ladybug to come up with an excuse to recruit them seprately, she gives Alya and Nino the Miraculouses they used previously together, learning each other's secret identities.
Hawk Moth makes a public appearance for the first time.
Rena Rouge, Carapace, and Queen Bee are akumatized into Rena Rage, Shell Shock, and Queen Wasp.
Monarch almost finds out Ladybug and Cat Noir's secret identities when they were de-transforming in the sewer but Future Ladybug and Rabbit Noir stopped him just in time by sending all three of them back to "The Bubbler".
Ladybug uses her Lucky Charm, a hexagonal box like the one she got on Heroes' Day during "Mayura" to set a trap for Monarch in the Burrow to coax him into going to that time. Future Ladybug, Rabbit Noir, and Canigirl go through the Burrow, with Ladybug and Rabbit Noir positioning themselves as if they plan to attack Scarlet Moth while Canigirl hides. Monarch falls into their trap, going through the Burrow to try and stop them, when Canigirl comes out of hiding and uses Fetch to take the Rabbit Miraculous from him, then fusing the Rabbit Miraculous with Dog Miraculous to become Bunny Dog. Monarch tries to get the Rabbit Miraculous back with Fetch, but Bunny Dog uses Burrow to escape before Monarch's ball can get to the Rabbit Miraculous. Future Ladybug and Rabbit Noir go back into the Burrow to revive Adult Bunnyx with Miraculous Ladybug, trapping Monarch in the past. Monarch thinks of a new plan, he'll use his knowledge of the future to help him seize Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses, getting the ultimate revenge on his nemeses, but Adult Bunnyx comes through her Burrow and sends him forward to the present day of "Evolution", foiling his plans.
Ladybug and Cat Noir fought and defeated Scarlet Moth, freeing Paris from the scarlet akumatized supervillains.
Hawk Moth's cane gets amokized, creating the Butterfly Sentimonster. This allows Hawk Moth to escape and informs Ladybug and Cat Noir that Hawk Moth has the Peacock Miraculous holder helping him.
During her trip to Shanghai, Marinette gets her Miraculous, kwagatama, and purse with her phone and Tikki in it stolen by Fei, causing her to become lost in the city.
Marinette meets Fei.
When Marinette discovers from Cash that Fei was the one that stole her stuff in exchange for information about her adopted father, she became devastated doubting if they were friends.
Fei obtains the Prodigious back, becoming the next Renren, and she masters all the powers, except for the Dragon.
Hawk Moth akumatizes Mei Shi into YanLuoShi, but rebels and eradicated him.
During the fight, Fei becomes devastated that her actions caused all this, feeling unworthy of using the Prodigius and flees.
In the same period, Alix was in the shadows hiding and was watching the full battle.
Cat Noir tried to stop YanLuoShi with his powers, but was eradicated, leaving Ladybug heartbroken at the loss of her partner.
Marinette reunites with Fei, forgiving her for her actions, and, understanding the difference between justice and revenge, Fei unlocks the power of the dragon, using it to save Marinette.
Fei finally lets go of her revenge against Cash and has him face justice in prison.
Fei reclaims the Sacred Cave Key and meets Mei Shi again.
Ladybug and Cat Noir unlock their Space power-ups.
During this period, Bunnyx travelled in time and met Fei in person, also learning her true identity as a Prodigious holder.
Aware that Master Fu won't live forever, he chooses Marinette to be the next Guardian of the Miracle Box.
Due to a letter mix-up, Marianne Lenoir gets akumatized into Backwarder, and though Hawk Moth knows that the Guardian is named Master Fu, he is unaware that he goes by the alias, Mr. Chan.
Marinette tells Cat Noir that she loves him to throw him off his suspicions of her being Ladybug, but she finds out that Cat Noir suspected her of being a fan of his and remain friends.
Hawk Moth once again tries to akumatize Chloé, but she manages to reject the akumatization. Hawk Moth quickly changes targets to Sabrina, akumatizing her into Miraculer.
Ladybug and Cat Noir recruit Rena Rouge and Carapace, the temporary team members meet Mayura for the first time, while Ladybug and Cat Noir come across her again, she and Hawk Moth try to convince Chloé to join them, though she refuses.
Hawk Moth and Mayura almost manage to take the Bee Miraculous, but Ladybug manages to retrieve it.
Chloé's adventures as Queen Bee comes to an end for her and her loved ones' safety, making Chloé's trust in Ladybug begin to falter.
Cat Noir and Ladybug lose their memories and discover each other's alter egos.
Marinette and Adrien briefly become a couple until Miraculous Ladybug restores their previous memories and erases their amnesic memories.
After their memories are restored, Marinette is shocked to learn she kissed Cat Noir and Adrien remains hopeful Ladybug will fall in love with him again.
After Olga Mendeleiev fails at catching Tikki and Plagg and tries proving their existence to the world, she is akumatized into Kwamibuster.
Marinette temporarily receives the Mouse Miraculous becoming the holder Multimouse; Marinette unifies the Mouse and Fox, Mouse and Cat, and Mouse and Ladybug Miraculouses to become Multifox, Multinoir, and Multibug.

Ladybug meets Bunnyx again and is brought into an alternate future, where Paris is destroyed.
From her Burrow, Bunnyx knew the identities of Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Hawk Moth.
Cat Noir is akumatized into Cat Blanc (in an alternate future).
Marinette transforms into Ladybug to deliver a gift to Adrien, but it leads to him discovering her identity.
Afterwards, Marinette and Adrien briefly become a couple.

Nathalie's use of the damaged Peacock Miraculous causes her to become sick.
She steals it from Gabriel and uses it to become Mayura again and create a Ladybug sentimonster.
After Ladybug gives her sentimonster counterpart her amokized object and the freedom to make her own choices with it, Ladybug asks for Sentimonster Ladybug's help defeating Hawk Moth and Mayura, but her former master destroys her creation shortly after.

Chloé records Marinette and her friends coming up with a plan to reveal Marinette's feelings to Adrien and tries to ruin Marinette's chances, but fails when Bob deletes her video.
Shadow Moth amokizes himself, creating a sentimonster copy of himself in attempt to trick his nephew into believing Gabriel and Shadow Moth are two sperate people.

After an argument about how Marinette should be raised, Tom, Sabine, Roland, and Gina are all re-akumatized into Weredad, Qilin, Bakerix, and Befana.
The deliciousness of Tom and Roland's galette drives Tikki mad with hunger and she uses Lucky Charm to create a gigantic galette in space.
Ladybug creates four Magical Charms and gives them to Tom, Sabine, Roland, and Gina.

Ladybug unifies with the Horse and Rabbit Miraculouses, becoming Pennybug.

At some point, Gabriel revealed to Tomoe that he is Monarch and they became partners. Together, they developed the Alliance rings, which allow Monarch to bestow the superpowers of the Miraculouses to his akumatized villains without him having to give them the actual Miraculous.
The attack by Ikari Gozen was actually to test the prototype Alliance ring.
Gabriel and Tomoe mass produce the Alliance rings under the guise of them being smart devices.
Gabriel tries to force the Kwamis to tell him Ladybug's home address.
Marinette reveals that after she became the Guardian, she created a fake treasure hunt under the guise of helping the the Kwamis find their way home if they ever got lost. In reality, it was actually a trap for the villain who stole the Miraculous.
The Kwamis have to tell the truth, so Marinette took advantage of the Kwamis method of finding their way home, following the smell of baked goods, by making it the first clue. As a bonus, she would be alerted to Monarch trying to find her home by none other than Monarch himself.
After Monarch left, Ladybug went to the final stop on the treasure hunt, the statues of her and and Cat Noir at the Grévin Wax Museum to set up her trap.
Ladybug had previously told Cat Noir to follow the Ice Rinks online blog, so he would be alerted if Monarch ever showed up there, and when that happened, he should go to the wax museum immediately. She also told Cat Noir to keep a small piece of paper with the word "halfwit" written on it in his bell in preparation of that day.
This treasure hunt trap would allow any Kwamis who had been captured to be reclaimed and return home, so the Kwamis were telling the truth about why Ladybug created the treasure hunt.
Monarch allows himself to get Cataclysmed so that he can escape the trap, resulting in a dark mark on his arm. He took Ladybug's Lucky Charm when he Voyaged away, so she was not able to do anything to heal him.
Shadybug and Claw Noir force alternate Alya to reopen the portal and follow Betterfly through.
Tikki explains the basics of the Multiverse to Marinette and about why Shadybug and Claw Noir can use their powers continuously.
Betterfly explains to Ladybug and Cat Noir about how his world is ruled by The Supreme, who controls all the Miraculouses, which are a secret to the whole world except for a few chosen holders.
Shadybug and Claw Noir return to Marinette's room, reasoning that as the place where the portal opened in the first place, it might provide some kind of clue.
Shadybug reads through Marinette's diary and is driven to tears.
Shadybug, having learned about the wish from the diary, sneak attacks Claw Noir and takes his Miraculous. She tries to make a wish herself, but Tikki and Plagg are unable to combine into Gimmi.
Shadybug and Claw Noir discover each other's secret identities in the process.
Shadybug and Claw Noir are approached by Monarch, who offers them a team up so they can all get the Miraculouses they want.
Monarch's plan is to use the Fox Miraculous to create gigantic illusions of Shadybug and Claw Noir, tricking Ladybug and Cat Noir into splitting up. Monarch would then use the Horse Miraculous to teleport Shadybug and Claw Noir to their respective counterparts. While the heroes were distracted by their evil doppelgängers, Monarch would use the Mouse Miraculous to go after both of them, the Rooster to turn invisible, and finally use the Bee's power to paralyze them.
What the villains didn't know was that Alya was in the room and heard their whole plan.
After Alya tells Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Betterfly about what the villains are planning, Ladybug comes up with a plan of her own.
First, they take advantage of the limited range of the Butterfly Miraculous, and once they are far enough away, Betterfly Kamikotizes Alya to open the portal between universes again, then Betterfly lends his Miraculous to Ladybug. Ladybug Kamikotizes alternate Gabriel and gives him the power to bestow a gift of protection onto the heroes so Monarch can't paralyze them. To make sure Monarch can't sense their plan and take away his powers, they use Alya's portal to hide his Kamiko object in the other universe.
With the plan foiled, Monarch decides to cut his losses and returns home.
Ladybug and Cat Noir have their final confrontation with their evil counterparts.
Monarch attempts to use the Rooster Miraculous to travel to other universes to try and steal the Miraculouses from other versions of Ladybug and Cat Noir.
Alya senses the disturbance and Marinette allows herself to be Kamikotized, synchronizing with all her alternate selves who deal with Monarch in each universe he travels to.

This results in Monarch believing that Socqueline is Ladybug, as he was alerted that the wearer of Socqueline's ring demonstrated superhuman capabilities on the rings' fitness tracker.
Denis Damocles broke his owl mask and gets discouraged from heroics when he goes to buy a new one. As a result, he is akumatized into Darker Owl.
Monarch uses the Alliance Rings to give Darker Owl the superpower of the Pig Miraculous, Gift.
Nino starts a resistance group made up of the inactive Miraculous holders in hopes that they will be able to help Ladybug and Cat Noir from behind the scenes.
Gabriel comes to a parent-teacher conference and the resistance group plans to get him angry so he'll get akumatized and they can see how Monarch is giving his villains Miraculous superpowers.
However, Gabriel receives a warning from Lila on his way in.
When Gabriel gets home, he uses the power of the Fox Miraculous, Mirage, to create an illusion of himself getting akumatized.
Adrien records the akumatization on his phone and Nino analyzes the footage in super slow motion, discovering a magic bolt of lightning that he believes Monarch uses to give and take back the Miraculouses.
Véronique has a meeting with Mayor Bourgeois about opening a new superhero exhibit at the Grévin Wax Museum to give hope to the people of Paris, but the Mayor claims that reminding people about the other heroes being inactive will cause akumatizations (in reality, his daughter, Chloé, still bitter about no longer being Queen Bee, demands that the exhibit be shut down).
The Mayor rejects the proposal for the new exhibit and even threatens to shut down the whole museum on false charges of health code violations if they try to open it anyway. As a result, Véronique is akumatized into Manipula.
Monarch uses the Alliance Rings to give Manipula the superpower of the Ox Miraculous, Resistance.
Adrien comes to the realization that he has fallen in love with Marinette.
Marinette come to the realization that she has fallen in love with Cat Noir.

Monarch convinced Tomoe to give him the password for A.D.A.'s system, allowing him to put his plan into action.
After shutting down A.D.A.'s sensors so she would no longer be able to detect her pilot, Claudie Kanté, she believed that she was a failure and wanted to disappear into space, even though in reality, Claudie was safely in the cockpit. Monarch then used the power of Genesis to create a giant meteor hurtling towards earth. He then used the power of Mirage to announce to the city about A.D.A. and the meteor, convincing Cosmobug and Astro Cat to split up so they would not be able to help each other. He akumatized A.D.A. into Bugfighter to capture Cosmobug, and after Astro Cat used up his Cataclysm on the meteor, Monarch trapped him in Shell-ter, teleported to him with Voyage, and immobilized him with Venom.
Monarch used the power of Second Chance multiple times to try and make this plan successful, but it was ultimately a failure every time. This failure greatly affected his health and left him with very little time.
As of these events, Monarch can never use the power of Second Chance again.
The inactive members of the French Miraculous superhero team set up a romantic moment for Marinette and Adrien, but they do not feel comfortable and let the moment go to waste.

Tomoe takes back the Tsurugi family ring from Kagami, but Félix swapped it out with a fake and gave the real ring back to Kagami when they meet up later.
There are two weeks left until the end of the school year.
Lila has multiple families and identities.
Gabriel replaces Lila with Kagami as the female template for the Alliance Rings AI and displays Adrien and Kagami as a couple. He believes that if the whole world believes the lie that Adrien and Kagami are together, then it will be just the same as if it were actually the truth.
Because Sabrina was working so hard for Chloé, she hadn't gotten enough sleep. This caused her to make a mistake on a test paper, leading to Ms. Bustier finding out that Sabrina has been doing all of Chloé's school work their whole lives.
Lila tricks the class into re-holding the class representative elections and she runs with Chloé as her deputy, her platform being that even the most terrible people can change, though the whole thing is actually a long game scheme to ruin Marinette's life once for all.
Lila fakes an emotional breakdown during the campaign speeches and allows herself to be akumatized into Hoaxer.
Monarch uses the Alliance Rings to give Hoaxer the superpower of the Fox Miraculous, Mirage.
Hoaxer creates an illusion of Marinette transforming into Monach to turn all people in Paris (including her family and friends) against her.
While controlling Nathalie, the latter reveals all of Gabriel's secrets by taking pictures of photos and documents from his past, how he finds the Peacock Miraculous, his contracts with Tomoe Tsurugi, the secret code on Emilie's painting to the lair, Emilie herself in the comatose state, and one of the Graham de Vanily Twin Rings on her finger. After that, she sends all the pictures to Lila, and Lila learns all about Gabriel's archives.
Marinette frees Alya from Hoaxer's influence and gives her the Ladybug Miraculous.
When Marinette confronts Hoaxer directly, she pretends to have a moment of emotional growth and rejects the akuma, as was her plan from the beginning. Then, Scarabella uses the magic ladybugs to repair all the damage.
Lila and Chloé are elected the new class representatives by unanimous vote. Marinette allows Lila to have her way for now so she can ultimately expose who she truly is.
The students at Collège Françoise Dupont are submitting their career aspiration forms to the school so the teachers can review them and determine if they have the grades necessary to pursue their chosen career path.
Chloé and Lila have Sabrina use her skills with duplicating handwriting to forge fake forms for the teachers to review and put their classmates on paths that don't match their ambitions. They intend to blame Marinette so everyone would hate her. Lila decides to use Sabrina to dismantle Adrien's relationship on Marinette.
Sabrina has serious misgivings about this plan and finally decides that enough is enough. She calls Marinette days ahead of time, and Marinette comes up with a plan of her own to expose who Lila really is once and for all.
Marinette puts up an "Out of Order" sign on the girls restroom and Principal Damocles sets up a temporary restroom in the courtyard. Marinette replaces the mirror in the temporary bathroom with one-way glass and sets up a hidden microphone. Once the class tries to figure out what happened with the forms, Sabrina confesses to being the one who faked them, but instead of blaming Marinette, she told the truth about Chloé and Lila being responsible. Sabrina claims she has proof and runs to the temporary bathroom, followed by Lila and Chloé. Believing that nobody is listening, Lila reveals herself to be an unapologetic merciless liar. Sabrina reveals the see-through mirror and shows them that Marinette brought the entire school to witness Lila's confession in person.
After the fake forms set her up to repeat the year, Juleka is akumatized into Reflekta.
Monarch uses the Alliance Rings to give Reflekta the superpower of the Tiger Miraculous, Clout.
After Chloé and Lila fall into Marinette's trap, Chloé calls her father to get them out of trouble. The Mayor also insists that the students cannot resubmit their career forms.
Principal Damocles feels that he has failed his students and nearly gets akumatized, however, thanks to the encouragement of the students, they discover a hidden power of Ladybug's Magical Charms and the Megakuma is warded away.
Inspired, Principal Damocles finally stands up to Mayor Bourgeois and gives the students new forms to fill out, though at the cost of his job.
As Principal Damocles leaves his office, he is given the heroes farewell.
Lila changes identities and calls Chloé as Cerise, telling her to be ready for what comes next.
The Gabriel brand has partnered with a plastic company to produce disposable hand fans, available in vending machines put up by city hall.
The inactive members of the French Miraculous superhero team try to clean the Seine of plastic pollution (which has recently become much worse due to the fans) by converting the Liberty into an ecological water treatment plant, but the machine cannot keep up with so much plastic.
The kids take advantage of Adrien being the face of the hand fan ad to get a meeting with the CEO of the plastic company, Bertrand King, but Bertrand disregards their concerns in favor of his profits.
The kids try to talk convince Mayor Bourgeois and Gabriel, but their concerns are disregarded.
Marinette asks Nadja Chamack to spread awareness of plastic pollution on the news, but she cannot because Bertrand's plastic ads are the studio's biggest money maker.
When all else fails, the kids and their friends from around the world hijack a news broadcast to spread an anti-pollution message.
People everywhere start to disapprove of plastic products and Gabriel and Mayor Bourgeois leave Bertrand out to dry.
Bertrand is akumatized into King of Plastic.
Monarch uses the Alliance Rings to give King of Plastic the superpower of the Bee Miraculous, Venom.
After the battle leaves Bertrand in a pile of plastic garbage, he admits that plastic pollution is a problem and finances the effort to clean the river.
Olga Mendeleiev has since become the new principal at Collège Françoise Dupont.
Lila is feeding Chloé instructions from afar via an earpiece.

Monarch attempts to akumatize her into Miss Sans-Culotte, but she rejects his offer.
Gabriel and Tomoe Tsurugi have a meeting with Mayor Bourgeois about commissioning police robots, but the Mayor refuses.
Chloé barges into the meeting at Lila's behest and puts an idea in Gabriel's head.
Mayor Bourgeois confesses to Gabriel that he is deeply unhappy with how his life turned out and resolves that it might not be too late to start over.
However, Gabriel secretly records the conversation and then edits it to make the Mayor look like a tyrant.
Gabriel sends the video to Miss Bustier and is, this time, able to successfully akumatize her into Miss Sans-Culotte.
Monarch uses the Alliance Rings to give Miss Sans-Culotte the Pig Miraculous power of Jubilation.
Miss Sans-Culotte goes on the news and shares the video with all of Paris.
Ladybug and Cat Noir convince Miss Sans-Culotte that she should attempt to reason with the Mayor before resorting to violence.
After seeing the video and realizing that Gabriel betrayed their friendship, Mayor Bourgeois got the push he needed to set his life back on track.
When Miss Sans-Culotte arrived in his office, he hired her back to her old job and resigned from his position as Mayor.
While all this was happening, Chloé secretly made a deal with Gabriel for the power that her father was bound to lose after these events.
Chloé is armed with an army of police robots and has declared herself the "interim" Mayor in her father's stead. Her first order of business is to declare all Miraculous holders, including Ladybug and Cat Noir, as outlaws.
Ladybug and Cat Noir decide not to deal with Chloé's bid for power, because while she is definitely a villain, she is not an akumatized supervillain. They decide to let the system handle her.
Chloé allows Monarch to akumatize her into Queen Mayor, and though she has no superpowers herself, she also didn't look like a costumed villain, making it impossible for anyone to tell that she was Akumatized. This also allows Monarch to give her the powers of Sublimation, Venom, Voyage, Shell-ter, and Resistance, all of which were transferred to her police robots.
The police robots patrol the city while using Sublimation to make themselves invisible. If someone was caught breaking the rules, or if Chloé simply felt like it, the robots would immobilize that person with Venom and use Voyage to teleport them to Chloé inhumane detention facility.
As Chloé is hosting a big campaign rally, Ladybug and Cat Noir finally decide to act, but are captured by the robots with Shell-ter, and their powers cannot get them out because the barriers are combined with Resistance.
Just as they are about to de-transform back, Ladybug and Cat Noir have a major epiphany about what it truly means to be a hero, resulting in them "growing up" and allowing them to use their superpowers without timing out.
Chloé is defeated, stripped of all power, is left with nothing and no one, and hits rock bottom. She is taken to London (English dub)/New York (French dub) by her mother.
Cerise steals Tomoe Tsurugi's personal laptop for unknown reasons.
Caline Bustier is nominated to become a candidate in the upcoming mayoral election.
Tomoe confirms to Gabriel that enough Alliance rings have been sold worldwide for them to commence their final plan, and they intend to begin as soon as Adrien and Kagami are safe in London.
Adrien leaves for London, but not before he and Marinette share their first kiss.
Chloé calls Marinette, attempting to bully her one last time, but the latter tells Chloé the hard truth that Adrien loves her, getting justice for all the people she harmed and has no power over Paris anymore and Chloé is left in tears over her fate.
Adrien transforms into Astro Cat and flies back to Paris for Marinette.
Argos comes for Kagami and they return to Paris together.
The "end of the school year" dance is held on the Eiffel Tower.
Félix disguises himself as Adrien to lure Marinette away from the party and leads her to the art classroom.
Argos uses the Peacock Miraculous to manifest his and Kagami's yearning for the truth into Once Upon a Time.
They put on a theatrical performance for Marinette to tell her the story of how their life situation came to be.
After finding out that Adrien and Kagami were gone, Gabriel akumatizes himself into Nightormentor to look for them.
Cat Noir and the inactive heroes Resistance group defeat Nightormentor, but since Ladybug never used her power to repair everything, the effects of Nightormentor's powers remain active.
Adrien and Kagami return to London and their parents lock them in safe rooms to make sure they can't escape again.
Gabriel and Tomoe commence their final plan, Operation: Perfect Alliance, in order to turn the entirety of the human population into Miraculous-powered villains.
Gabriel re-akumatizes himself into Nightormentor and takes on the powers of the Mouse, Horse, and Rooster Miraculouses. He uses Multitude to make many of himself, then they all use Voyage to go all over the world and Sublimation to fly. The numerous Nightormentors use their powers from high in the air to infect everyone in the world with stressful hallucinations. The next day, Gabriel uses the Alliance rings to get everyone hooked on a new tranquility app that can cure them of their nightmare visions, and once as many people as possible are reliant on it, he broadcasts a simulation to all the Alliance rings, in which digitally recreated images of Ladybug and Cat Noir kidnap the digitally recreated images of Adrien and Kagami, thus disabling the tranquility app and causing everyone's nightmares to return. Then, he uses the Alliance rings to broadcast an offer to all people the chance to save Adrien and Kagami and get the tranquility app running again. Those who accept are transformed into Miraculous-powered villains. Additionally, thanks to the Magical Charm that Ladybug gave them, and Gabriel's Cataclysm injury, Gabriel and Tomoe were able to give the Miraculized villains the quantum imprint of Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses, allowing them to track them down as long as the Miraculouses are being used.
Adrien, believing that he is in no condition to wield the power of destruction with his head full of nightmares, sends Plagg back to Paris with the Cat Miraculous.
Nathalie tried to stop Gabriel from carrying out his plan, but he takes her down easily.
Marinette sees Monarch de-transform while he is putting Nathalie back in bed after her attempt to stop him and she learns his true identity, and from Nathalie the horrible side effects of using a damaged Miraculous.
Marinette de-transforms to hide from the Miraculized villains as they are looking for and tracking Ladybug, not Marinette.
Plagg locates Ladybug by following the villains and meets up with her.
After finding out that she is actually in his house, Monarch absorbs the powers of the Ox, Horse, Bee, and Turtle Miraculouses and goes to confront Ladybug in person and learns her true identity.
Marinette unifies the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses to become Bug Noire and has her final battle with Monarch.
During their fight, Bug Noire knocks the Butterfly Miraculous off of him, meaning that she, the Guardian, technically stripped him of the Miraculous, so he is not the holder of the Butterfly Miraculous anymore.
Marinette de-transforms and tries to give Gabriel a chance to do the right thing, but he paralyzes her with Venom and takes both the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses for himself.
Gabriel summons Gimmi and makes his wish to heal Nathalie and to redeem himself.
After the entire universe is destroyed and re-created, some things are different:
Tomoe Tsurugi became the new owner of the Gabriel brand.
Amelie and Felix moved to Paris to stay at the Agreste Mansion with Nathalie to prevent Adrien from being homeless.
Caline Bustier has been elected Mayoress of Paris and she starts to remake the entire city into a more eco-friendly place, creating suspended gardens, reducing the CO2 emission by implanting a system of airship taxis to replace cars, and cleaning the Seine. She has also given birth to her daughter, Harmonie.
Marinette retrieves all the stolen Miraculouses, returns them to their original forms, and decides to give them back to their holders permanently to prevent another situation where the Miraculouses could be stolen all at once again.
Cerise somehow came into possession of the Butterfly Miraculous through unknown means, but something seems to attack her from behind, leaving her fate unknown.
2020-2025: Bunnyx returns to the future from the events of "Timetagger" to inform future Ladybug and Cat Noir she failed to take down Timetagger, only to be told she did not fail and that it is all part of Ladybug's plan.
After Timetagger is defeated by the present Ladybug and Cat Noir, Bunnyx returns to retrieve him and take him back to their future time.
Alix, at an unknown point in the future, reads the note that Ladybug left for her in "Reunion".
Alix time travels to July 14, 200 years later from when the events of "Reunion" took place to get the answer to the question posed by Pharaoh's all-knowing book.
After Gabriel Agreste steps down due to his sacrifice after making his wish, a new holder of the Butterfly Miraculous emerges under the alias of "Hawk Moth", continuing to cause havoc in Paris.[11]
At some point in the future, there are at least seven Interstellar Wars.
During the events of "Timetagger", Bunnyx is sent to the Seventh Interstellar War in the year 24000, but returns to the present almost instantly.
