Inter Milan last won the title three years ago, but the Nerazzurri are almost certain to lift the crown this season. They lost key players last summer, including Andre Onana, Milan Skriniar and Edin Dzeko, but they haven’t been missed. As we move into the final stretch, Simeone Inzaghi’s side are 14 points clear at the top of the table, winning 26 of their 32 matches and keeping a league-high 19 clean sheets.

Their closest title rivals are AC Milan, who have struggled at times this season, which adds pressure on manager Stefano Pioli. The Rossoneri have lost five times this season, with one of those defeats being a damning 5-1 loss to rivals Inter Milan in the Derby della Madonnina. They are on a good run of form right now, but it’s a case of too little, too late. Inter Milan require just six points from their final six games to claim the title, meaning they are just two wins away.

Then, there’s a slight drop to Juventus, who are making the most of not having any European competitions to contest this season, while Bologna complete the top four.

You must keep travelling down the table to find defending champions Napoli, whose grip on the Scudetto is gone. Having seen Luciano Spalletti leave in the summer, Napoli replaced Rudi Garcia with Walter Mazzarri before he was dismissed — replaced by Slovakia national team boss Francesco Calzona. Napoli are eighth in the table, a whopping 34 points behind Inter and ten outside the top four.
