The life and times of a neglected stoplight.
Love these simple little Bill Plympton films where that aren't wacky, insane, or sick and twisted type, but instead simple cute stories that have the charm, heart, and humor as a story should! I feel like this already ended up being one of my favorite films from Bill Plympton and I can't recommend it enough, I loved this so much! Also listening to Patton Oswalt narrating made me think of this as Ratatouille, but with a stoplight instead.
Getting Patton Oswalt to do voice work for your animated movie is a good way to make me wish I were watching Ratatouille instead.
Animation is good, particularly enjoyed how the people looked. Surprisingly laughed quite a bit during. Definitely recommend this one.
Adding an anthropomorphized stoplight voiced by Patton Oswalt to my list of the most annoying things in the world. I can't believe these six excrutiating minutes were made by Bill Plympton.
Cute and appealing, it felt like an old Disney cartoon. This was fun! But not much more.
It's telling how bad this year's animated shorts were that when I heard Patton Oswalt's voice I was elated bc it had more texture and energy than almost anything I had seen before.
Sort of goes nowhere but it's really cute I guess. Patton Oswalt proves though his voiceovers are funny and joyful.
