It's impossible to cancel my service

I've been trying to get y'all to cancel my service for an address I haven't lived at since October. No chat agents are ever available no matter what time or which day of the week, the website gives error after error and I can't schedule a callback even if I wanted to (which I don't, I've moved somewhere that Xfinity doesn't serve and I'm not interested in a 30-minute phone call where Xfinity tries to convince me to keep the service for a place I don't live), apparently just so y'all can keep billing me for service that has not been used. Who do I have to talk to to get this canceled?

I am sorry to hear about your frustration with updating your account and would be happy to review your account and make the necessary changes. To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
