The most prominent of the Seven Soldiers of Victory is Green Arrow, with Oliver Queen's membership on the original lineup firmly reestablished in the rewritten reality of the Infinite Frontier era. Ollie explains that a mission between him and the original Speedy, Roy Harper, temporarily sent back to the Golden Age where they teamed up with the other Seven Soldiers for a time.

Back with his old teammates, Green Arrow quickly takes point and goes mano-a-mano against a resurgent Clock King leading to an explosive showdown.

While Roy is busy with his own commitments, still acclimating to his new lease on life after being resurrected at the start of Infinite Frontier, Green Arrow is joined by his sidekick Red Arrow. As the long-lost half-sister Ollie recently reunited with, Emiko Queen has steadily become a major presence in the young superhero community, with partnerships of her own.

The Seven Soldiers team-up comes at a moment when Ollie is training Emiko to sharpen her archery skills, which she begrudgingly acknowledges need improvement. Drawn into the conflict, Emiko forms a tight rapport with Stargirl as two of the younger members of the new Seven Soldiers.

Crimson Avenger

The superhero that summons the Seven Soldiers together for this new adventure is the modern Crimson Avenger, Jill Carlyle. With her precognitive vision pointing her towards her destiny, Jill reforms the Seven Soldiers to prepare for the arrival of the Clock King and his latest time-bending plot.

Armed with the original Crimson Avenger's pistols and the curse of an ever-bleeding bullet wound on her chest, Jill initially assumes her visions and reformation of the Seven Soldiers was intended to rescue the second Crimson Avenger before the mission unfolds as it actually should.

Vigilante

One of the more surly members of the Seven Soldiers is the original Vigilante, Greg Saunders. Following the murder of his father on his Wyoming ranch, Greg returned home and brought his father's killers to justice and created the superhero mantle Vigilante, saving the day wherever he's needed.

Along with the rest of the surviving Soldiers, he was thrown into the present day in the same event that returned Green Arrow and Speedy, but he's just as adept as ever with his signature revolvers and lasso.

Stargirl

Leading the charge is Stargirl Courtney Whitmore, the current wielder of the Cosmic Staff, as she continues the legacy of the Star-Spangled Kid, Sylvester Pemberton. When the Crimson Avenger approaches Pat while he recounts his personal history with the Seven Soldiers, Courtney decides to join, given her connection to both S.T.R.I.P.E. and the Star-Spangled Kid.

With many of the Seven Soldiers preoccupied with fighting against the Clock King directly, Courtney teams up with Red Arrow to join the fray themselves, providing vital support in thwarting Clock King's manipulation of raw, chronal energy.

When Pat Dugan was best friends and the sidekick of the Star-Spangled Kid, he went under the superhero moniker Stripesy and largely provided support on foot as a hand-to-hand combatant. Following the Star-Spangled Kid's death at the hands of the Injustice Society, Pat retired his superhero career until he remarried and took on Courtney as a stepdaughter.

After Courtney created the superhero mantle Stargirl and claimed the Cosmic Staff as her own, Pat designed the S.T.R.I.P.E. (Special Tactics Robotic Integrated Power Enhancer) power suit to join her on the field, armed with an entire arsenal to resume his superhero aspirations.
