Tonight’s tea: ricotta, lemon and courgette tart, potato salad with dill, mustard and shallots and a watercress salad. To drink, a very very good Savagnin from the Jura. Probably the best wine I’ve had all year.

Haha thank you mate. No room for bread today though - considering it was supposed to be a light summer meal I’m absolutely stuffed.
It’s this recipe, but we grated some lemon zest into the ricotta mix and added some chilli flakes too
