Only posting this because no-one else has yet - a couple of days ago, the RoK community team posted a video introducing the Anniversary Festival event, which includes a new gathering commander.
The following details were included in the video:
Name - Queen Tamar of Georgia
Level - Epic
Talents: Integrating, Gathering, Support
The video also includes details of two of the skills:
1st skill (when expertised - video didn't show the non-expertised stats): Ode to Freedom - Active Skill Rage Requirement: 1000
Troops led by this commander together with a nearby ally with the fewest units remaiing gain 20% increased defense and heal a portion of lightly injured troops per second (Healing Factor: 350) over the next 2 seconds.
2nd skill: Age of Plenty- Passive Skill Troops led by this commander gain 25% increased wood gathering speed, and 20% increased food and stone gathering speed.
Upgrade Preview: Bonus Gathering Speed (Wood): 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% Bonus Gathering Speed (Other Resources): 4% / 8% / 12% / 16% / 20%

For real, it kinda botheres me that 4 marches come back, but the 1 gatherer with Alex or some take 30 more mins or so. Just janky.
I think cheesegule showed the skills in some foreign language. The other two should be 10% increased capacity and 10% normal attack with 10% chance of decreasing attack by 30% for 3s if google translate is correct
She’s available for Viewing now following the 3-hr server reset/refresh.
My big question is, immediately following this, is she available via Tavern or do we wait for the RoK Event(s) to summon her.
Available via tavern - I was able to summon her that way, and happened to have enough Epic heads on one of my accounts to expertise her straight away :)
I have Queen Tamar Of Georgia through the Tavern, but she is so new that their no talent tree or secondary commander pairing information on her. Looks like Cleopatra VII is still the best legendary gathering commander.
Is she better at gathering than Constance and Sárka or worse or equal?
