INVOICE ADMINISTRATOR

Palfinger UK is recruiting for an Invoice Administrator to join the team based in Devizes.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader you will be responsible for the effective and efficient processing of service invoices and operational billing.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4pm (1 hour lunch break)

Key Duties will Include:

  • Ensuring all service operational invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Create and email pro-forma invoices when required to obtain official order numbers before invoicing.
  • Requesting of purchase orders in accordance with company and customer requirements and SLA’s
  • Invoice reconciliation includes control of both digital and paper invoicing production, ensuring accurate invoices are delivered to customers within agreed SLA’s.
  • Uploading of invoices and data onto customer portals (CV. Link & 1Link).
  • Assisting credit control team with customer queries and processing credit notes when required.
  • Effectively monitor work in progress (WIP) reports to ensure aged WIP can be cleared and processed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as sales, service control, service workshops, parts department, engineers, estimate department and finance department to process and complete invoice queries appropriately.
  • Taking pre-job attendance amount and post job completion amount via a card payment portal for cash customers.

 

The Ideal Applicant:

  • You will be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • You will be well organised and able to work efficiently to ensure all tasks are achieved within agreed timescales.
  • You will have excellent communication skills.
  • You will possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop professional relationships.
  • You will be IT literate with good working knowledge of NAV/BC, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Benefits:

Salary: £19,000 – £24,000 (based on minimum wage and ability)
