Prime Minister Stefan Yanev meets Russia’s Ambassador Eleonora Mitrofanova

Prime Minister Stefan Yanev met the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bulgaria H. E. Mrs. Eleonora Mitrofanova.

At their meeting, they emphasized the traditionally good relations between the two countries with a focus on the strong cultural and historical basis.

The Prime Minister and the Ambassador highlighted the key role of the pragmatic approach in the relations between the countries and the need to invest more effort to ensure the mutual interest, especially in the sectors of energy and tourism.

At the close of the meeting, Ambassador Mitrofanova wished the Government courage, wisdom and success.
