As an Xennial, I've been expected to take a stance on Star Wars vs. Star Trek vs. Battlestar Galactica and all the other boring, self-serious space movies of the 20th century. But you know what? Exactly ZERO of those torture reels features a half-man/half-dog who's his own best friend. They completely lack Daphne Zuniga's fabulous hair, and none of the heroes, except maybe Jar Jar Binks, is anywhere near as ruggedly sexy as Bill Pullman.
I've watched Spaceballs at least 100 times since I was but a sophisticated child with discriminating taste in film, and I still can't vacuum without chanting SUCK, SUCK, SUCK... If someone says they combed the landscape, I can only picture men in helmets dragging a giant Afro pick across the terrain. The only Hutt I recognize is Pizza, and my luggage combination is 1-2-3-4. I never refer to traveling at a high rate as anything except Ludicrous Speed, and if something gets in the way? Too bad, because WE BRAKE FOR NOBODY.
