She married Frederick II of Brandenburg Margrave of Brandenburg-Ansbach and Brandenburg-Kulmbach on 14 February 1479, in Frankfurt an der Oder, Brandenburg, Prussia, German Empire. They were the parents of at least 12 sons and 9 daughters. She died on 5 October 1512, in Ansbach, Ansbach, Bavaria, Germany, at the age of 48, and was buried in Heilsbronn, Ansbach, Bavaria, Germany.
