Scarlet Salon's Cancellation Policy & Procedures

 As one of Denver’s Top Salons we do enforce a strict cancellation policy. Beginning October 1, 2021 we will ask for 48 hours' notice of any appointment cancellations or changes.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 25% of the service fee.
If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, it will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
No call/no show appointments or same day cancellations will be expected to pay for the full service.

We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If a client has not shown up for their scheduled appointment once before, Scarlet Salon reserves the right to restrict online booking and may require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment.  The deposit will be applied to your service cost and will be collected when booking the appointment.  This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service and wish to have an adjustment you must contact the salon within two weeks of the initial appointment to have the service corrected.  Scarlet Salon DOES NOT offer refunds.
