Smile for the camera! Jose Mourinho posts a bizarre dressing room photo of his miserable Roma squad and staff after their late defeat by Serie A leaders Napoli... and he's even shouting at them as it's taken

- Despite losing, Mourinho praised team's 'spirit' and 'performance' on Instagram
Roma boss Jose Mourinho posted a bizzare dressing room photo following his side's bitter 2-1 defeat by Serie A leaders Napoli.
Stephan El Shaarawy thought he had got Roma back into the game after equalising late on to cancel out Victor Osimhen's first-half opener, but Giovanni Simeone struck with four minutes to go to steal all three points.
Mourinho's side are now one point off the Champions League spots in sixth place - and a staggering 16 points adrift of Napoli.
Roma boss Jose Mourinho posted a bizarre dressing room photo after their 2-1 defeat by Napoli
Giovanni Simeone struck for Napoli with just four minutes to go to steal all three points at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium
Despite the crushing defeat, Mourinho posted a photo on Instagram of his visibly glum-looking players along with the caption: 'What a TEAM what a SPIRIT what a PERFORMANCE. Let's go… See you on Wednesday at the Olimpico.'
Mourinho, who is eager to return to England - and ideally Chelsea - next season amid frustration at a lack of financial backing from Roma, was also full of praise for his side in his post-match press conference.
'We played really good football from the first minute. There was a period 10-15 minutes after Osimhen's goal when we felt the injustice of going 1-0 down.
'Aside from that, the team was always in control, pressed high, recovered the ball, defended well,' he told DAZN.
'If there are games where you can lose and emerge feeling more confident than before, it might seem a contradiction, but this was one of those games.
Despite the crushing defeat, Mourinho was full of praise for his Roma side and said they deserved to win
'We are certainly the side that made Napoli suffer the most and made the stadium feel empty in an extraordinary atmosphere, as we scared them.
'I leave here more confident. Seeing our three substitutes at the end were three kids who last season were playing on the plastic pitch, it makes me so proud and happy. Sometimes football is unjust, sometimes the team that deserves it the most loses.
'At times we won without deserving, but today I think we deserved to win the game. I am sad about the result, you cannot smile too much when you lose, but with full hearts we move on.'
An extraordinary third spell at Chelsea would Mourinho's ideal scenario next season and his representatives have let it be known that he would be interested in any vacancy at Stamford Bridge, but the club have made it clear they intend to stand by Graham Potter.
For now, Mourinho will want to get back to winning ways as his side face Cremonese on Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the Italian Cup.
