Rockmond Dunbar, aka Omobowale, is an actor, voiceover artist, director, producer, and writer from the United States. He is most known for his appearances as Baines on NBC's Earth 2, Kenny Chadway on Showtime's Soul Food, and Benjamin Miles C-Note Franklin on Fox's Prison Break.

Rockmond was born on January 11, 1973, in Berkeley, California, United States. His mother, Veronica Stewart, and father (name has not been revealed yet) raised him.
