… I kept an open mind and really took in the lessons within the book (which is a self-help book disguised as fiction). I am nearly 1 month after finishing the book, and it has been the most clear and productive month I've ever had. I would highly recommend if you, like me, read these types of books and are looking for some new strategies to add to your arsenal of self-improvement.

I used to be the type to set 4-5 alarms and snooze endlessly in the mornings, getting up last minute, but I committed to the 5AC, and now I'm getting up at 4:45am with one alarm. This is while getting better quality sleep than before (because I now have a solid routine) and getting more of what's important each day.

Mileage may vary, of course, depending on where you are in life and what messages you need to hear, but this one was right on time for me.

Prior to reading this book, I was lost and was in need of some sort of guidance. I naturally started to isolate myself from the world and wanted to get in tuned with myself. I got rid of all social media platforms and tv and movies subscriptions.

I have trouble sleeping so I’d be up in the middle of the night and would drive to a local 24 hour gym to workout. I thought there was something off about myself because I couldn’t seem to fit in with a lot of my friends and family anymore. The topics of conversation were dull to me, their interests aren’t interesting, there were no real plans for the future, no goals were ever mentioned, and this was normal. Everyone I knew around me just “went with it.”

Just something about that felt strange to me and for a long time I thought I was the one with issues because I couldn’t relate to just going with it. Then this book reassured me that the universe has other plans for me but I have to act on it. So I’m acting on it. Going forward I’ll be taking educated chances and calculated risks. Tired of just “going with the flow.” My 5am is 3:30am and I get more done by the time the rest of the world wakes up.

It is written as a story based novel that includes interesting characters and describes their journey into self discovery thru the "5 am Club" methodology. There are so many useful bits of information that are both informative and inspirational. I just know that once I finish this book I will want to go thru a second time to highlight the wonderful motivational quotes! I have started to put this book into practice and it is already changing my life. A must read!

It’s written like a fiction book with interesting characters and it’s through their dialogue that you understand the teachings and importance of the 5 am club.

The teachings and overall message that the author is trying to teach is very good. And you will learn some powerful lessons. But some of the wording is very “flowery” and “pretty”. You just have to read it to understand what I’m saying. Lol.

Overall it’s a good book with a good message if you can stick it through. Just a little flowery. Lol

I have literally rolled my eyes at several parts but push on so I can say I've read the whole thing. If you can get past the storyline and focus just on what you can take away from this book, then that's great!
