Movie Info
After the death of Richard the Lion-Hearted, a skilled archer named Robin Longstride (Russell Crowe) travels to Nottingham, where villagers suffer under a despotic sheriff and crippling taxation. He meets and falls in love with a spirited widow, Marion (Cate Blanchett), although she is skeptical of his motives. Another Robin Good remake/reboot whatever you want to call it and after it started brightly it did fall flat in the middle and we really didn't have any care for the main plot as we all know it, The ending battle was ok but nothing great, Russel Crowe played a good Robin but his accent was not very good, I should know as I live in the East Midlands where Nottingham is and his accent is pretty poor.

Robin Hood wasn't bad, but there are so many problems that it was hard to say it was good. Russell Crowe was great, first of all, a very good performance. The plot, not so good, it was unhistorical and unethical, you'll get bored after a while. Cate Blanchett, she brings nothing new to the table. The music was great, really catchy to me. The battle scenes were a little out of place and unrealistic, I expected better from Ridley Scott. It could've been great, but with so many problems its hard to give it a good rating. C+
