Our 2021 Cavern Select Grenache has notes of black cherries, cinnamon, and dried herbs. Flavors of raspberry preserves, leather, and clove on the full mid-palate with fine grained tannins and a lingering finish.

A truly Classic California Cabernet Sauvignon with lush overripe to dried black and blue fruits dominating the mid-palate, an array of savory herbaceous aromatics with a whisper of green olive, and this beautiful dusty sandalwood which helps envelope the velvety tannins. A limited production wine from the Willow Creek District.

Our 2019 Cavern Select Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black currant, tarragon, and pipe tobacco. Flavors of cassis, leather, and graphite complement this wine’s fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity.

The 2022 Cavern Select Fumé Blanc has aromatic notes of grapefruit, guava, white peach, and hint of jalapeno the nose. A round mouth feel on the mid palate pairs with flavors of pear and apple blossom. This wine finishes crisp with a hint of sweet oak.  “Shows great varietal character with racy acidity”- DB

The 2020 Cavern Select Malbec has aromas of ripe black raspberries, sage, and cocoa. Flavors of dried plums, cedar and sweet tobacco accompany this wine’s bright acidity and fine-grained tannins with a long, robust finish.

The 2021 Cavern Select Dusi Zinfandel is a medium to full bodied wine with aromas and flavors of bramble, sweet tobacco, cocoa, and dried herbs. The wines’ rich mouthfeel and balanced acidity followed by dusty tannins on the finish.  

Aromas of green apple, citrus, and lemon grass. Refreshingly dry and light-bodied with a crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core. Pair with fresh seafood, salads, goat cheese.
