Ella Taylor L.A. Weekly A fond genre move that's forever chortling up its sleeve at the puerile idiocy of the genre, a heist caper without a heist, an action movie that's hopelessly in love with talk and a poem to the sexiness of storytelling. Jan 12, 2024 Full Review Joe Pollack St. Louis Post-Dispatch The story is as phony as the names the robbers take - Mr. White, Mr. Blue, Mr. Blonde, Mr. Pink and Mr. Brown - and it's also a hymn to violence, blood and sadism that reaches repulsive levels. Oct 14, 2022 Full Review Jay Carr Boston Globe And while Tarantino never quite succeeds in putting around each character the sense of isolation that marks the best noirs, he carries off this exercise in lively fashion. It's more purple than noir, but it's got juice. Apr 27, 2018 Full Review John Brhel Vague Visages Reservoir Dogs is an impressive debut that reflects Tarantino's unique, postmodern style and points towards things to come. Jun 6, 2023 Full Review Sean Axmaker Stream on Demand Precisely plotted and engagingly juggled into a rich swirl of flashbacks that wind through the current crisis, this is the work of a director who loves movies and a storyteller engaged with the art of telling stories. Feb 4, 2023 Full Review Paul Mount Starburst The film possesses a stomach-churning urgency following a deceptively languid opening... Rated: 5/5 Nov 30, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Benjamin F A cheap and effective masterpiece It is incredible how a movie with only a good script, few actors and even the director himself acting as the main character manages to be so good. After praising this movie so much, I can say that it is about a group of thieves who find out about a snitch according to his words. who in the end turns out to be a policeman, I won't say more, see this masterpiece . Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/24 Full Review Alec C Even the best-planned heights tend to go haywire! As a gang of criminals under different aliases find themselves ambushed by the cops after a diamond heist, they suspect that one of them is an informant and try to find the snitch before they kill each other. Quentin Tarantino's first film ever manages to make its mark with its intense screenplay and expert cast making this a film we can't ignore! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/27/24 Full Review Ben V This movie didn't make sense to me until I got through a majority of it. It's a poisonous reach toward understanding friendship. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/21/24 Full Review Gero C I love this movie. It's my favorite Quentin Tarantino movie. The characters, the narration, the violence, everything in this movie is perfect. Highly recommended Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/14/24 Full Review helder f A movie about a robbery of a diamond store. A lot of bullets, a lot of blood, a lot of yelling and screaming, and enough tension to keep one watching. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/11/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
