It must be a really happy and joyous day for Carina think of all the christenings she had to attend all these years while she couldnt have her own child
sorry but one point is not fully clear to me and leaves me quite puzzled. I understood they could not get marry without loosing the title and of course the money (which is what I think they cared most) due to Gustav's granfather last will clauses. But can someone pls explain why they could not have children in the meantime? Nowadays it is common to have kids out of wedlock and for the law they are treated the same way as kids born into a marriage. Also, as they could finally get married Gustav could change the "rules of the game" and repeal any of his nazi grandfather's clauses, so that all of kids no matter when born could inherit the money and the title, which does not count for the german law as they are a republic.
AFAIK in Germany there is not distinction among kind born in or outside a wedlock, as in Italy and other european countries.
thanks in advance to everyone who could make this point clear to me
