She married Re Vittorio Emanuele III Di Savoia on 24 October 1896, in Rome, Roma, Lazio, Italy. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 4 daughters. She lived in Italy in 1952. She died on 28 November 1952, in Montpellier, Hérault, Languedoc-Roussillon, France, at the age of 79, and was buried in Vicoforte, Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy.
