PRINCE WILLIAM is considered to be a good boss, despite having a "short fuse" as the Cambridges search for new staff, according to recent reports.

Duncan Larcombe, author of Prince Harry: The Inside Story has spoken about how Kate and William act as bosses. He said: “I’ve seen a lot of staff come and go in my years covering the Royal Family and William is known to be a great boss.

“He makes sure his staff are seen as much as possible as colleagues rather than employees.

“He’s very modern.”

“The problem is that like most of his family, he does have a short fuse.

“We don’t see it much and we certainly haven’t seen it publicly in the way we have with Charles, Philip or Harry, all of whom have shown their anger.”

“It’s rare but when something goes wrong, William can lose his temper and give the people who work for him a dressing down.

“There was an incident on a royal tour to Australia years ago when somebody shouted stuff out on a visit. William let rip at the team who had put the visit together. But William is known as a fair boss.”

Whereas Kate Middleton has been described as a boss that never loses her temper.

“It won’t surprise anyone to know that we’ve never heard of Kate losing her rag with anyone. And trust me, we do get to hear when these incidents with staff occur.”

Richard Eden, diary editor for the Daily Mail wrote on Twitter: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who have 13 million Instagram followers, are keen to cement their online popularity.

“They are advertising on the royal website for a digital communications officer, who will support [their] official social media channels.

“Their team includes David Watkins, who helped Prince Harry and Meghan grow the Sussex Royal Instagram account.

“The Queen banned the Sussexes from using 'Sussex Royal' when they quit royal duties.”

At the start of November, it was reported The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s ‘Sussex Royal’ account has not posted any new updates since the end of March 2020.

The account continues to have around 10 million followers.

However, the Cambridges’ Instagram account was churning out constant updates from the COP26 climate summit.

The account shared a photo of Kate, William, Prince Charles and Camilla laughing together as they prepared to watch the pre-recorded speech from Her Majesty, prepared ahead of the summit.
