It's a redundant movie. You can imagine what would happen since the beginning, it doesn't exist any surprise in the story. The drama tries to be deep and philosophical.The beauty exists in Berlin sights.

Posthumous is a surprisingly captivating screwball comedy about the internal struggle between self expression and comfort. The writing direction and performances are fresh and captivating. This movie reminded of why I'm an artist and that the sacrifices I've made to be one have been well worth it. I highly recommend it.

Charming rom-com in an underexplored location (Berlin). Funny in all the right places. 5-star poignancy rating. Plenty of irritants in the secondary players. Subtle life lesson to go for what's true to you, not to others. Music choices were INSPIRED! Editing is superb. Acting is first-rate. Story is delightful. 100+ minutes well spent.

It's an imperfect union, but Posthumous still manages to charm more often than it disappoints. And it firmly establishes Lulu Wang as an artist who won't have to wait until after her death to be appreciated in her field.
