Chad L. Coleman as Coach is the most logical choice out there. Honestly I’m not so sure about your L4D1 cast but your L4D2 cast is pretty on point
I didn’t really go for looks I went more on acting ability and yeah no one else can be coach except the voice actor himself!

Personally, I would've just casted Shanola Hampton for Ro if there's a movie, Shanola is Rochelle's face model, that and I love the shows she's in I think she's a great actress

I mean he voices coach so that was the main reason why I chose him, also Tyreese wasn’t a shotgun wielding leader like coach so realistically he wouldn’t be reprising his role as Tyreese, he’d be playing coach
I feel like when it comes to movie adaptations of video games it'd be 1000 times better and more fancervice-ish to just hire the people who did the voices even if they don't look like their characters; hearing the actual characters we've loved for so long interact with one another (maybe in new ways) in a whole different new medium would just be cooler. Like, a Red Dead 2 show just wouldn't feel the same without the real Arthur Morgan (Roger Clark), y'know?
Also a lot of people for some reason make a distinction between actors and VAs, forgetting that VAs are full-fledged, trained and talented actors themselves. Either allat or get the face actors for their respective roles.
Thing is voice actors aren’t as well known as irl actors so to help sell the show/movie they will cast known actors over the voice actors… it’s pretty simple
