I didn't buy the plot points, that the half-elf was willing to sell out his former adventuring buddies. I also am not enamored with the choice of creatures (some new) the PCs will likely encounter in this adventure. Doesn't strike me as a lot of fun. I don't like the fact that the villain's schemes become known to the PCs so early. I think those things, while being hinted at, would have been best utilized as a suprise to the party. Finally, I couldn't stand the traps that are in the final location as well as the monster arrangement in the house. For one, I always hate traps that are set that
are destructive to the dwelling of hostiles that expect to resume staying at said location. Would they really leave traps in play like that? Secondly, I cannot stand locations where it would be practical for most of the hostile inhabitants to simply swarm upon the players, which is what they 'should' do at this location. I felt the manor itself should have been slightly bigger. Some of the creatures just didn't seem practical. The author seems to streamline the PCs action for the initial part of the adventure - didn't like that. The town of Cassomir's structure could have been more fleshed out.

The positives - there were elements of the story which I liked which, with more thoughtfulness,
could have been better worked out here. The artwork is top-notch.

It was quite a fun little campaign. My party enjoyed it immensely, and was almost wiped out several times, so it was a blast.
The only real complaints the group has are:
1) as a DM it was frustrating how little of the back story comes through to the players and how they don't even know anything about Anobaith until towards the end. There were hints that something might exist but not enough to really notice the pattern. So as a DM, it might be good to try to tie her in earlier somehow.
2) caster fell shafted by the fact that nearly everything in here has a lot of really high resistances. Take that or leave it.
