Reviews
- I received my copy as a birthday gift back in 1981. I just listened to this for the first time in years. The LP itself is in great shape, so there's little surface noise. My reason for this review is that I was struck by how good the audio quality of this pressing is. Very clear and dynamic. Now if I only knew where my original inner sleeve was....
- Incredible pressing and mastering. Hardly any surface noise, sound is clear, punchy and dynamic. When the horns hit your ears ... wow.
- Masterpiece Boingo record. Entire album is great and never gets old - its new every time you listen to it and with interesting musicianship like no other band from this era. Boingo didn't seem to fear genre blending using elements of rock, pop, new wave/punk, electronics, and ska - mixing it all up together way back in '81.
