John S If you are not a fan of over-exaggerated, self-aware racism used for comedic purposes, then avoid the movie. However, if you do not mind that style of humor, the movie is great. A perfect addition to the series. The production quality is excellent, the non-racist comedy is executed with class, and the acting is superb. Overall, this movie is a masterful spoof of classic spy movies. Due to its release being in 2021 and its delays due to covid, this movie did not receive the recognition that it should have. If you are not able to find a way to view this movie, I suggest using a VPN to spoof your location to somewhere in France as this movie has been geo-locked by most streaming platforms. The only reason I am not giving this movie a perfect score is because the chosen style of humor. Even though the racism in the film is obviously ironic and used to make fun of the films that it is spoofing, any use of racism for humor is questionable in this day and age. Authentically a French film through and through. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review michael b It was nice to see another OSS117 but this third iteration really falls flat, especially when compared to the previous two. If you're a fan, you'll probably be disappointed, but it passes the time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/24/21 Full Review Audience Member Just your casual unfunny racist (hidden behind the usual white paternalistic and condescending writing) french movie.
