North Eugene High School Reviews
Rating 3.51 out of 5 353 reviews
The best parts of North are the people, the community, and the clubs/opportunities. The diversity and the kindness in our school community is thriving. The worst parts are the few people who ruin things, like those who trash facilities and those who harass students/teachers online. I hope that with the appointment of our new principle that things will change for the better and he will continue to make positive changes.
North Eugene High School is a good school with wonderful staff and teachers. The teachers are encouraging and wonderful people who really care about their students. I have really liked the diversity in clubs and the options for sports. Some sports that they have are soccer, basketball, football, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis and equestrian team. They also have a frisbee club. North really has awesome clubs and they are always welcoming students to make their own clubs. One thing that has really annoyed me with this school is it is really hard to get into classes like culinary arts and woodworking. It is also very confusing all their Colleges Now classes, CTE pathways, and IB classes. I really wish there was a shorter wait for classes and they were more helpful with pre-college classes. Despite that, I have really enjoyed being at North Eugene High School.
North Eugene high school is an amazing school. The teachers are amazing and help you in the best ways possible. Many even keep you on track even if you’re behind. They’ll do anything within their powers to help a student succeed. Not only that we just got a new school so everything is nice and modern. There is a lot of clubs for any and all of you don’t see a club you can alway make one. I do love North’s diversity in clubs sports and affinity groups. The sports are great just some of the coaches can be harsh when it comes to the girls sports but other than that North is a great school to attend. One thing that needs to change is our senior projects class. They put an inexperienced teacher in that position and made it very difficult for the seniors in his class. I won’t name names but he’s the worst teacher to possibly teach a senior projects class. With just that minor inconvenience North is a great school.
