Bre Tiesi is a fan favorite on Netflix’s Selling Sunset because she makes for dramatic television. However, the real estate agent is now coming under fire after being accused by three former employees of several violations, including lack of pay, discrimination, and creating an overall hostile work environment.

Fans will recall that Bre, who has a one-year-old son, Legendary Love, with Nick Cannon, joined Selling Sunset during season six, and she immediately became the center of the drama. Things got better for her the next season, but now, her future on the show seems uncertain after another fallout with cast members.

According to Radar Online, Bre has been accused of violating multiple labor codes, inflicting emotional distress, and unfair business practices. The lawsuit comes from three former employees of the Selling Sunset star. First, there’s Lucy Poole, who worked for Bre as her nanny and also pitched in and helped out as her personal assistant and house cleaner.

Then there’s Amanda Bustard, who was Bre’s social media manager. Lastly, Kenneth Gomez was her personal assistant and stylist for a time. All three former employees claim in court documents that they were unjustly fired after enduring a hostile work environment. They all stopped working for Bre in 2023.

Regarding Lucy, she began working for her in July 2022, and her part of the lawsuit claims she experienced “inappropriate, harassing, and unlawful behavior.” She also claims that Bre called her “ADHD idiot” and a “short bus riding retard” on multiple occasions due to her ADHD diagnosis.

Additionally, Lucy witnessed Bre referring to other employees by derogatory names. But that’s not all. She was made to throw away anything in Bre’s child’s closet that had rainbows on it. The same is true for anything that looked too “girly” despite Lucy being openly a part of the LGBTQ+ community.

She stopped going to work in September 2023 after Bre went into a “rage.” Amanda has similar stories and says that she witnessed Bre screaming at other employees on multiple occasions. She voiced concerns to Bre, and she responded by calling her “f—– sensitive” and telling Amanda to “get over it.”

The lawsuit also says that Amanda was present in September 2023 when Bre went into a “rage.” Bre then stopped paying Amanda, and she finally resigned in October of that year.

It says, “Ms. Bustard was present when Ms. Tiesi-Moran assaulted Ms. Poole, intimidating her and causing fear for her own safety.”

Regarding Kenneth, she “unjustly” fired him in April 2023 after he complained about not being paid for his services.

All three former employees are seeking $1,000,000 each for financial losses and $2,000,000 each for “compensatory and general damages, including, but not limited to, pain, suffering, and emotional distress.”

So, what do you think? Does Bre’s behavior on Selling Sunset make you believe she would treat her employees this way?
