I will "Never go back" to watch this one again. This was not as good as the first Reacher. Perhaps this just was not for me. I would say the writing was -meh-. The plot was slightly predictable. It had trouble holding my attention. The action was fun with some neat stunts and fight scenes. I don't know what TC is thinking doing some of these stunts. I cant say it was a waste of time. If you are a fan of this series, then have at it...

One of Tom Cruise's weakest movies. Both writing and directing are weak compared to the first... glaring continuity problems, heavy reliance on fast editing instead of capturing the action well, complete waste of Cruise's chemistry with Smulders with no clear relationships arc or good dialogue, undeveloped villain(s), likable characters abandoned halfway through the film with no resolution, and weak, second-rate dialogue... strong contrast to McQuarrie's snappy repartee in the first outing. Boo.
