The perfect partner to a white feathered gown, her hair colour elevated her look to ethereal heights.

Whether you choose to embrace your greys or you’re waiting for your next appointment at the hair salon, the roots stage can be a tricky one. The trick is to ensure that – like Watts – there isn’t too much contrast between the lighter silver roots growing in, and the rest of the hair.
This does often mean spending a little extra time visiting your colourist until they are fully grown in, but it is often worth it for a smooth pathway into grey-dom. Not to mention it also helps create beautiful colour dimension, as Watts proved. Paired with flawless skin, a peachy-pink lip and defined eyes, the 54 year-old actor positively shone at the event.
She wasn’t the only woman wearing her natural silver hair loud and proud, either. Jamie Lee Curtis (who won Best Supporting Actress) and Andie MacDowell were also there repping the silver side, looking fabulous and glowing while they were at it.
