On 15 November 1916 in London, she married Prince George of Battenberg, later 2nd Marquess of Milford Haven, an uncle of Prince Philip of Greece, with issue two children:
1 Lady Tatiana Elizabeth Mountbatten (16 December 1917 – 15 May 1988) who died unmarried.
2 David Michael Mountbatten, 3rd Marquess of Milford Haven (12 May 1919 – 14 April 1970) father of the 4th Marquess.
She died on 22 January 1963 in Cannes, France.
